Hello Please run game in your real device. This game develop in cocos2dx so its same third library not supported so run game in real device. If any problem then message me in infoiqueengames@gmail.com

In real device, the work is working fine. Without trying in emulator the reskining and testing has been tough. Its OK.
Another issue – there is no option of saving the image of the baby. Although there I can see a camera image in assets folder, its not being used. I think you should add this option.

Another thing that I want. I want to show the banner ad at the bottom of the screen rather than the top. But I don’t find any xml file for the view. Can you please help me – how can I set the banner ad at bottom of the screen?

Hello I want a different image file to work reskin
In this game there are so many images. But if you just change mainscreen and title and make attractive icon and upload in play store then no problem. You no need to full game reskin.
So no problem with the photos by Google Play
