Hey there we’ve sent several emails but I think you didn’t get any. Also, we have a security firewall for the spammers on our site anyone contacted us without any issue.
If you can send us your username you’ve created on our site, we can allow you via the whitelist. Obviously, you’ve attempted to several logins and finally banned.
If you can send your demo URL with admin info, we can better help to you.
We’ve already tested a bunch of popular themes and it’s working properly.
Please try hints before this below:
1. Check all settings are set properly 2. Check CSS animation section and set it to “none” 3. Both are not works for you please sent us your admin info.

Sorry for the plugin has been needed some fixes. And we made some fixes to the plugin and it works perfectly right now. Please check your site, we’ve created a page named “Before After Test” You don’t need to update anything on it.
You can update it for the future but not now. We’ll send an update to CodeCanyon now.

Hi I’ve uploaded this to my wordpress website. Have checked that it is there in the FTP, but can’t seem to find it when going to add in into a page section. It should come up in the list of VC addons right?

Please make sure you’ve uploaded our plugin and activated it. Also if you can sent your WP login info to us we can quickly check what’s happening on your site.
If you uploaded it then you need to activate it at plugins section. Then you’ll be able to use it in VC.

I got your email. And I aw you didn’t activated “VC Before After” plugin 
just I’ve activated it and it’s appear in the VC elements now. Please check it.
Still having major issues with this plugin. It doesnt work now with the new update. Even after my settings are set up ‘With the offset’. My concern also if that whatever the offset means, its shifting my image which means I cant even do a smooth image comparison. Since the update, my comparison element does not even appear on my page. Please look into this for me.

When I have my two images together, there is white space that appears on the bottom of the right image which makes it not line up with the image. How do I remove this?
Please make equal height both you’ve used images. The best solution is this.
I would like a full refund of this product. It does not do what it is intended for. It is impossible to do a proper image comparison as it requires you to offset an image, which makes it not line up. There are free version of this software which are better than this. I am wanting a full refund for my product, thank you.

Hi! I just purchased your plugin and it doesn’t work. Activated the plugin, added before/after images inside visual composer and it just puts two images next to each other without any transition. Could you please help me with what’s wrong? Thank you!
Do you have a sample site? or also you can use predefined template comes with the plugin. Just click to use template and change images with your own. That’s it.
And of course you should use two different images for this

I’m glad it works! just small trick: You need to set all settings before the use it. Especially “Ofset” and “Orientation”. I hope this helps to you.

Can I use this plugin for Visual Composer which comes bundled with my MOOSE-Theme here from Themeforest? I have no stand-alone licence for Visual Composer, but it comes with the theme. Can I nevertheless use your plugin with it?

Thanks for the letting us to this. But Chrome and other browsers doesn’t warn to me regarding with this issue. I don’t know how that F-Secure works but I think their database should be old or yours.
