normally if the interstitial is working with test mode, this mean it works. or may be the id interstitial contain an error.

you should test the game on real devices not on an emulator.
this game was tested on the most android phone versions from 4.4 to 9 (API 29)
and effectively on the old version 4.4 the system on android was limited to render a good quality.
most of phones on the world are currently using android 6 or higher. this information based on https://developer.android.com/about/dashboards

we offer with this game 3 skins and a clear documentation.
finally the simple limitation of this game still with phones of very high resolution (4K resolution) but most of users are currently using standard phones (2% of users).
The game doesnt start in android studio. Didnt changed anything yet in the project.
