Installed the plugin in the latest version of WordPress. I see this error on browsers: error: Connection problem. Check file path and www vs non-www in getJSON request. Hopefully it’s an easy fix.

I have checked your website and the heading h2 is not uppercase. The text “Caliper Design Build is a…” is normal. Have you removed the browser cache? Use the keys combination “ctrl + r” or “ctrl + f5” to remove it.

I’m having some trouble getting the newsletter to work with MailChimp. I entered the information for the url, value u, and value id. But when an email address is entered is just says “submitting…” and never gets added to MailChimp list.

Hi There, it is quite frustrating… I am using version 4.6.1. I also created a brand new site with brand new wordpress and it does the same, The error I get is “Error 500, The server encountered a syntax error and could not complete your request.” I downloaded the whole zip from the downloads, unzip it so that I can get to the documents and licensing and also the azul_plugin_1.5.zip. That is the zip file that I upload and install in the plugin section. it will install fine but as soon as I hit activate then it bombs out….. really hope that I can find the way to make it work, urgently have to get a ‘Coming soon” page on this site…..

1. In the about page, can you tell me how to put the text just in one column instead of two? my website is http://www.diseñoenazucar.com
In the editor, I chose the file ‘azul_plugin/themes/css/style.css’ and removed the following code in the about-text section:
-webkit-column-count:2; -moz-column-count:2; -o-column-count:2; -ms-column-count:2; column-count:2;
However, it is still not working. Please help me.
2- I uploaded my own logo, but I can’t see it on mobile. There is like a broken link. Could you help me with this? I would like to see my logo in any mobile device.
3- How can I reduce the font-size of the countdown timer?

I have two more questions:
4- Is it possible that the customized changes like a new background or logo cannot be displayed in different devices? I mean, for example I can see my personalized background when I enter my website from my laptop, but my friend sees a blue background (the default one) and any logo when he enters my website from her laptop. Why is it happening?
5- I thought I had solved my question Nº1 (about the columns from the “ABOUT” page) because when I enter my website from the “incognito mode” of Chrome, I see my info in one column, just as I wanted. However if I enter the same page from the regular browser, it appears in two columns in spite of having removed the code that made my info split into two columns. Why is it happening?

About the footer logo, I have checked the source and it is:

You have to change it to:
http://www.xn--diseoenazucar-lkb.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/logo-mariel-blanco-01-300x225.png
Check the option in your admin panel and fix it.
About change the font-size of the countdown timer you have to add the next code in the option Custom CSS in the page Azul Plugin > Main Options:
.timer h1{ font-size:XXpx }
And the slider images doesn’t show because they target to your local server. You have to change the link as the logo footer.
