- There is no point to this application. It's the same as uploading on AWS, directly.
- Since I'm not a developer, I assumed this software would help me customize the document analyzer. It does not.
- Also, the document doesn't return the analysis. I have no need to troubleshoot this error, since I would need further customization.

You have full live demo available for testing prior the purchase, the name itself says it is an AWS Textract product...so what is the issue?
Looks like you did not follow the documentation to complete the setup, it needs a CRON task to be configured as stated in the docs. Send a support request id you have problem configuring it.
Customer Support (namely Oscar) was very responsive. Promptly helped with a range of installation issues, and they continue to help when needed! Going to get the extended support.
