No proper response and support

This is a great script. As a writer, I use it to read back my stories, which is something that really helps when writing fiction. The setup was easy and took about five minutes. You do need to have a little bit of experience with AWS, otherwise, it will take a little longer to set up. Really, it's just adding the correct AWS lines to the config file. Even though I could've just used AWS directly, the interface makes it easier to work with. This is perfect for my needs.

This web app is excellent because it saves work when integrating to Amazon Polly. Also, code is documented and easy to follow. Besides, customer support team is very communicative and polite and helped me a lot with web app setup until web app was perfectly working. I really recommend buying this solution if you want to integrate to Amazon Polly or if you want to have a machine voice service on your own server.

A 5 star for this item is a MUST! Not only for the customer support (Oscar was always available with answers to my questions/issues and tried to be as useful as he could) but for the code and application itself as well. One the few apps I found on Envato and which I'm very happy I had bought.
