its really hard to login your support system. its always request us to verify email. but the email never come on time. after receiving email (4 hr later), your site is simply saying the verification link is expired.
if you have this kind of issue in your site, probably you should increase the expire time atleast. im trying to login from past 2 weeks. still not succeed.

License means license key. In other words, when user purchases a copy of your script, he purchases a license.
Installation means installed copy. In other words, when user installs a copy of purchased script, he makes new installation.
Report means detailed information about installation (when and where user installed script).

LOL. If you see feedback from other users, the script is super-easy to integrate for anyone with better than basic PHP skills. If you have problems following the super-easy documentation and bundled demo scripts, you should learn PHP first.

if i renew 1 licentes from any product cand i get my 3 licensers hosted on your server reset?
Each product has its own support, as per Envato terms of service which you agreed to during purchase.
So right now i cand use the productes that i buy because of you guys,because the licentes is on your server,and cand re-install them that i need to pay almost 80 $ for a fucking licentes reset? Are you for real? the app crush because of your updates and i cand get to the uninstall buton of the licentes…so i cand reinstall the product…i dont mind paing a fee of 2-5 $ per licentes reset, but i think this is not good custumer service…is gest greedy that is all. I only need a reset from your side for my licentes that i dont have acces to do so….nothing fancy is gest 1 sec per licentes from your side….

But the probleme is on your server the product key/licentes dont let me use your product because of your server..so tha idea is that the product stop working for some reason..and i try to reinstall on the same domain same IP and now the LICENTES that is ON YOUR SERVER is show me Invalid server response.
So i cand use the product because i cand get to the MENTENATE BUTON to uninstall my license code ,because the app is down because of your updates,i cand reinstall the app because the license is valid and active on my side but on your server i dont now why is invalid… so i think in this case is your fault .
Please reset my licentes codes to all 3 products that i have whit you so i cand use the product i dont whant to pay 40 dolars for a reset of licens that is your fault.
In your opinion i have to pay 3×40 dolars = 120 $ to use some products that are not working because of your sistem….

All whit the same probleme i cand use them because on your server i dont now what happyng whit my licente that i PAY and is valid.
I must say the product is very good but you need to think to a way for reseting/deleting license on people that we dont whant to pay 40 Dolar for simple reset…when we dont have acces tot the platforme….
I understand that you need to make money but this is not tha way.
This is not a good bussines and not fare do this for existent clients…

Hello sir , My server ip got changed due to network upgrade so i have lost the server with the installation files, admin access, in fact everything , my domain couldn’t even point to it again, i tried to reinstall again and its says maximum installation reached.
