I am having the MD5 hash issue:

MD5 Hash failed. Check to make sure your MD5 Setting matches the one in admin option.

I am pasting the same hash into Authorize.net and the plugin’s dashboard. Please help!

Does the latest version of this plugin released on Feb 5, 2015 support the Woo Commerce major update to 2.3.3?

Hi

Hi There,

I am getting the following error while processing my orders. Could you please help ?

An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

This transaction has been approved.

Thanks,

Hi,

After i performed, the following steps,

“Authorize.Net config: Please login to Authorize and go to Account >> Settings >> Response/Receipt URLs Click “Add URL”, and set this value for URL textbox: <your-site-url>?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Authorize_SIM Click “Submit” to complete”

I am getting following error now:

3- When I place the order I now get the following message 3,2,14,The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.,,P,0,,,6.80,,auth_capture,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,58F3CFF4B1F5F3D2EB46EF744B493EE6,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Hi
Please check your email

Hi, will this work with WordPress 4.1.1 and WooCommerce 2.3.7?

Hi
I tested, it still worked fine
Cheers!

Works great on my end too! Just to note, for the Receipt page, I had to leave off the ?wc-api=WC_Gateway_Authorize_SIM from <my Site URL> for it to complete for some reason. Other than, works flawless!

Just purchased your plugin because having problems with woo’s auth.net dpm…but getting the same error: An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An e-mail has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card.

This transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.

https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll

The order goes thru – but this is a bad for the client to see – and we & client are not getting an email of the order. – just the confirmation from auth.net.

This site has been operating fine for the past couple of years – why am I getting this now? (I currently have the woo purchased dpm plugin active) site: http://laborguild.com

I saw that there was another discussion about this but not sure of the answer. Do I need to set the receipt link in Auth.net? Also the MD5? What is that

I too am getting the same error,

Any update on the above issue would like to buy but need to know if this problem is fixed and what the fix is before i buy or will have to buy another product today.

Wow, was about to purchase then read this! No response for over a month? YIKES!!! RUN!

if I set the plugin for “Authorize only” then in a later stage of the transaction charge the credit card? where in the plugin I can find the “Charge” button?

Hi
You charge the transaction by use Authorize Dashboard, select transactions (Unsettled) which you want to charge, and click button “Capture”
Do you have any suggestion for this feature?
Cheers!

Hi, do I need an SSL certificate on my website to use this or does it have SSL via Authorize.net?

Or does the SIM Payment plugin allow me to accept payment without requiring me to purchase an SSL for my server?

Hello

I have exactely the same problem thant reikob above (http://codecanyon.net/comments/9927822) with an error on https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll and “This transaction has been approved.

I have already mailed you 2 times, May you be able to give me some support please ?

Regards

Please ignore- my problem is with your SIM plugin (same as others above with URL). I’ll write on the appropriate board. Thanks!

Actually, I am getting the same error with this plugin as I am your SIM version (on a different site).

Is there a problem with the recommended Response/Receipt URL?

Thanks! Sharon

Hello again!

Is there a better way to reach you for support on this? This is a pretty big deal, as I paid for two plugins and neither of them are working- which means neither of my websites have a working shopping cart at the moment.

I’d greatly appreciate your help!

Thanks! Sharon

I would like to see this plugin in action. Is there a functioning demo site? The cart on the Live Preview site is not working.

Browsepress, we’re encountering a similar issue to what others are saying above. We have everything set up and configured with Authorize.net but when a user attempts to complete an order, this is what they see in their browser:

3,2,14,The referrer, relay response or receipt link URL is invalid.,,P,0,,,5.00,,auth_capture,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,7466DEAECB532DB0339551D27DDB627F,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,4844,wc_order_573e6c624a2b5

Lots of commas and other strangeness going on. We’ve read up on Error 14 but aren’t sure what to do next. Any chance you have a quick fix for this?

What’s the difference between this product and this one: https://woocommerce.com/products/authorize-net-dpm/

Having a problem that stated yesterday afternoon. After a customer enters his credit card, instead of going back to the website, this error message is display. The payment processes perfectly in authorize.net but in woo commerce it says “pending payment.” No order email is sent and then eventually, the order is cancelled, but it still looks correct on authorize.net. I’d really appreciate any help. I’ve submitted a ticket, but haven’t heard back and this is urgent. “An error occurred while trying to report this transaction to the merchant. An email has been sent to the merchant informing them of the error. The following is the result of the attempt to charge your credit card. The transaction has been approved. It is advisable for you to contact the merchant to verify that you will receive the product or service.”
