We can't find any request from you, what way do you use to contact us and describe a problem? Anyway send it by email or ask a question on the forum and we will investigate the problem ASAP.

Its been long since some authors reply the same day, the product is good the code is great and the author support is fantastic, I recommend this product for any one that needs a fast working lightbox in a breeze
