pleaseplease add the option to be able to embed or just have a link directly to the service appiontment, not just to the provider page. there are many situations when providers have different landing pages, one for each service, and do not want actually that their clients to see all their available services.

Sure: lets say a Provider has 3 Services: A B and C. Lets say its the same service but with different prices, based on the niche he is targeting. Right now our Provider cannot use our system as he has no way to send a different link for each of his targeted niches, because all of his potential clients will see all of his Services. He needs a different link for each Service.
I think I didn’t get the point. But it’s a customize. Generally, this application will use who want to have different providers in one community. If you want this option you can request it on my website(Project request) I’ll send you an offer to make this option for you.

I’ll be using this for my client, a barbershop. I’ll be using WordPress CMS, using Divi theme as a front end. Dont mind if I need to redirect the booking/appointment system to a subdomain. Can you answer the following questions;
1. Is possible to have one calendar where customers can enter their details and select which barber to get their haircut with, and any extra services the customer wants?
2. Is there any front end profile for the customer to change dates, time and cancel?
3. When the customer makes an appointment but wants to change the date or time, how would the customer do that?
4. How would the client make a refund to the customer?
5. How do you setup the staff front end profile? Also, can the staff cancel or change appointments?
6. Is there an embed code to use?
7. What payment gateway is available to use?
8. Is it responsive?

1. There is just an add-on fields feature that you can add some fields(such as a text box, text area, and checkbox) on reservation submission form.
2. There aren’t any profile form customers.
3. The changes are able just from management(admin, assistants or staffs).
4. With canceling an appointment the refund is effective automatically. If a refund has been unsuccessful, you will see a new button called “Refund” that you will see a list of unsuccessfully refunds with appointment info. Then you can refund the money manually to them and check the items as refunded.
5. An admin can add or edit the members of the system. The admin can also select the user group of a client. All user groups can manage the appointments but an assistant can also change the schedules and admin has full access to all parts.
6. Yes, in most of NodAPS parts there is an editor that you can switch it to the Code.
7. Right now the PayPal express payment is available.
8. Yes, it is responsive. you can check the demo.
my service timing is 9am to 1pm – 4pm to 10pm

using time range, I wan to allow the customer to book from any half Hour
for example, if 9am passed without booking, customer can book 9.30 to 11.30
in other way, customer should be allowed to book any two hours within that service time range

Your customers be able to choose a time range only in one of the range scroll. They can only choose from 9am-1pm OR 4pm-10pm(Not together).
that is ok, but can they select 9.30 if 9 o’clock have not booking ?
in case 9 o’clock is not booked, why they should wait till 10 o’clock?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The customers only can select in a section(9-11, 11-13, 9-13, and etc.).

these bugs I have noticed in the script
1- if I create any user, creation date/year shows 1970
2- No option to active the service manager
3- appointment reference number does not shows in client email, instead of the number, showing [-$reservation_number-]
4- system is allowing to select/book appointment for a time which is already passed
5- currency remain showing in eur even after changing from control panel
Please help me to sortout these issues, days is going just like that without making use of this script

About issue-4. if you set zero on services count, then you will get unlimited reservations at this time.

Presale Question: I run a directory site where vendors can list there business’s and services. I would like to use this booking system to offer to them, do you have a portal version of the plugin so each vendor gets access to there own area only.
The system is multi-provider, it means you can set some provider and add users as their managers. So each user can see just the own providers.
Ok to confirm, currently we are using the Listable theme so each user has there own separate login to manage there own listings. So what you are saying is if we install you plugin each user will have there own access to the booking plugin and manage there own listings from the back office area?
The NodAPS is not a plugin, it’s a full system.
The providers on NodAPS are such as pages, that int them can set some services to book. Please check the live demo. Each one of items on the first page is a provider. The providers have separate services and managers.
