the worst support, the plugin is full of bugs, and no one offer a real solution

It doesn't work, it's a total scam. Even plugin update fails. Stay away from this author skymoonlabs.

This plugin is buggy and support is questionable. Instead of suggesting solutions, all the developer wants is admin login credentials for your site. Once that information is provided, they can't figure out how to log into a wordpress site!!!!

Stay away from this plugin. While the features claimed may look attractive, the product is substandard, poorly supported and not worth the money let alone the time it will waste as you attempt to use it in it's half baked state.

Excellent customer support. There were few features that were not working as expected and the support was very prompt in fixing the same. I was in touch with the developers and they understood my issues and clarified/fixed everything. After almost 5 months, I needed support with something again and the support replied within mins on weekend and helped me out. Thanks Shreya, Ajay and rest of the team :)

I love this plugin. I've tried many booking plugins and this is the best I've found, I love that I can customize it to my needs, it's great . Sometimes I had some issues but support team always helped. Especially, thank you to Bi Ajay for great support. Also, I appreciate skymoonlabs team support.

This might work for some people but it has no flexibility and would not work for us at all. The online scheduling is very clunky and not user friendly. I could never have know this until I got the product ordered and then tried it. I do not use it and trying to roll it out was a total disaster.

This LOOKS like it would be an awesome solution but it fails at every turn.
I spent weeks with so-called support that day after day would say the fixed something and it would take only seconds to find out they did not. TERRIBLE communication skills.
So after a month it looked like things were working then the plugin said it needed to be updated so I did.
Next day I get a call from client...The whole site is down HTTP 500 error. This was something that had happened before and like before it was this plugin.
To be clear I never even got to open the pages we were testing this out on up to the public!!!!
FYI The owners did offer a refund. However, Envato's policy is that if you get a refund your comments and reviews will be deleted.
So I figured I'd eat the $$$ so you won't have to.

The Tool is exactly what i need, you have all features that are neccessary for us. Also there was some issues in the software, but with this great support it was no problem. The team behind the tool is great and fix all issues. Thanks a lot!

A very well thought through plugin. Great thing that they are always updating the plugin with more and more features without compromise to the plugins flexibility

It has potential but it has some hang ups. After a week of adding in the information, my clients using it, and finding that something just don't work properly, I found out it has an update. The only issue is the update means I have to delete everything I have already set up and reinstall a whole new one and have to put the information in again.... and hope it works right this time. I also didn't know that in order to get sms you have to sign up for an additional service on Twillo or Plivo and their cost can add up. One of them even requires for you to buy a new number or port your current number to an unknown company. Anyone in business with a number already cannot reasonably do this. They should let people know this is required for sms to work because that was one of the things I purchased it for. For the cost, I should have known better. Still, I am hopeful and I can see that when it works properly, it can be a great help.

It doesn't work properly on many ends. As a programmer i can see a lot of issues.
