bootstrap and/or jquery required ?
No bootstrap required made with only CSS3. and If you do not want to use CLOSE option then you do not need to use jQuery.
so without jquery, the countdown feature will work ? (based on pure css ?!)
NO..! of course NOT. for countdown you need to use jQuery.
