As radio app and back is not bad, but the customer support is really bad. We have been weeks trying to solve a connection problem, and they answered every 7 days, and 14 days from this still the app can not connect to a server api belonging to nemosoft backend, not our. It seems has changed to 5.0, with no taking into account that still not all end users update their app with new versions, some of us has small changes in the apps to do before. I can not update now to new versions since only new users will work, old will open the app and still wont work, as updates are not always automatically done.
If you don't get money to acquire users, and just playing around, it is fine, but we have thousands of users, and losing around 5% every day because this bad support.
