Hi, First of all, provide a demo app/admin panel for testing and mention all feature details on the product page. It's your mistake, Just purchase the code without checking anything. You contact us for lots of changes/modification points that are not included in free support. When the team told you, this change not include free support then you start to blackmail and threaten our team. It's my request to behave professional way and follow policy. Please beware of this kind of buyer.

You share purchase codes with multiple persons and created multiple apps and admin panels from the same license that's why your license is blocked, better you never share your purchase details with anyone and use the license genuinely to avoid such issues.
