Hello, I bought it yesterday and installed it. I have a question because there is a problem. When I tested it with the first YouTube video, I was relieved that the download went well. But after that, when I tried to download several times, I found that half of them were downloaded normally and half of them were saved as 0 kilobytes in one second.
