for Customer Support

The product is pretty good, though lack of documentation and ZERO support drops it to a 2 star rating. Would be 5 if the above was not an issue.

for Customer Support

The customer support is very helpful, even gave me an extra service for a small fee.

for Feature Availability

I would give 6 stars if there was an admin feature for customisations. Just for people like me who have limited knowledge on modifying scripts :)

for Customizability

It connects and extends the freely available FulLCalendar.js script with a PHP/MySQL package, that is extendable enough for anyone with basic to mid-level knowledge of PHP and JavaScript. It's great for tinkerers that want to add a calendar to their existing site or intranet and who are not afraid to mess around in the database-tables or scripts.

for Customizability

This is a nice looking customization of an existing jquery calendar. The look is great.

Unfortunately I expected a control panel for the administration of the calendar (to add and remove features, and change colors) based on the name "full featured calendar". And there is not control panel at all.

This was disappointing, as the calendar is basically useless to us without this. And I will now be forced to either find another package, or edit the code and css myself for every single change.

Also, while the author does seem like he is a very nice gentleman, it is obvious English is not his first language, and there are some issues with his documentation and support responses because of this.

Author response

Hello. What add/remove features and change colors do you mean? If you want to change colors of admin background, header background, header text color, of course its up to you. This is full featured calendar, and not full featured admin theme.

for Customer Support

It is free to download at GitHub..
https://github.com/fullcalendar/fullcalendar

And if I've got one standard question you have to pay up directly, no free hints are given. So "not supported" would suit this product better.

Author response

The client refuses to understand things as it should. If it were that free as you say it wouldnt be here all this time.

for Feature Availability

This provides a lot of usable code for the money, but it is very disappointing that 12 hour time format was not fully implemented in version 3. I was able to fix that properly when I applied the add-in, and I supplied the modified code to Paulo, so why not fix it?

Author response

12h format is there, fixed the timeFormat option.
