Hi i installed this form on one of my landing pages and it worked for a little but now when i hit the send button it says successful but it doesn’t show up in my email anywhere. Here is a link to one http://hughesdes.com/miami/miami.html
I’m afraid as stated in the product description
“This produce has been superseded by our newest contact form product.Ultimate PHP, HTML5 & AJAX Contact Form
Please note that you can still purchase this script if it fulfills your needs but we won’t be supporting or developing it any further.”
You can find a link to the new form here: http://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-php-html5-ajax-contact-form/10017468
so your telling me I payed for this an its usless to me? I bought this product about a year ago. Why should I buy another product from you guys when you’ll probably just do the same thing
The forms we sell do still work but they haven’t been supported as of 13th January 2015 when we released the Ultimate PHP, HTML5, AJAX Contact Form.
We have stated this clearly at the top of the product description of the products we are no longer supporting.
In response to your original question, if you installed it and had it working and its stopped out of the blue something would have changed on the site or server to cause it to stop.
We took a look at the link to try provide some direction but its currently a 404 page I’m afraid.
the script worked fine, but now it’s one month that has stopped working, when I click submit, print PHP code.
thanks, now seems i’ve solved!
Today I noticed that we are receiving a lot of spam entries in our database from this form. In testing, I found that when I left the verify field blank I did not receive the validation error I expected, instead the form submitted and data was inserted in our database. Perhaps I need to move the PHP code that validates the form above the insert PHP script, but this doesn’t explain why the validation is not working for that element, or why the form can be submitted when other fields do not pass validation.
So my question is – Does the validation prevent the form from being submitted when an element fails? If so, what is causing the validation on the verify field to not work?
Thanks for your help!
I’m afraid to say this script is no longer supported as stated in the product description. It’s been replaced by the Ultimate PHP, HTML5 & AJAX Contact Form which can be found here: http://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-php-html5-ajax-contact-form/10017468
To help where we can the form should be validating without any issues if the script is set up correct as you can see in the demo the form will not work unless all fields are filled in as it can’t pass validation.
My account shows that I have support for this script. I figured out what was happening… the insert code was running before the validation. When I moved the validation script in front of the MySQLi insert scripts (2) everything worked and the form only posted after all elements were completed properly. Some documentation on integrating the code with insert PHP scripts would be helpful to users.
Is there work around or instructions somewhere to make this work on mobile devices?
I’m afraid as stated in the product description this script is no longer supported. The supported script is the Ultimate PHP, HTML5 & AJAX Contact Form: http://codecanyon.net/item/ultimate-php-html5-ajax-contact-form/10017468
