Presale Question:

I need reporting for profits on a certain category and I needs to limit the search to only products that have tax rate of 0%, is this possible? (with profit extension of course)

So basicly a search from database that returns sales that are: 1) Category X 2) Have tax rate of 0%

and It needs to show:

1) Product name 2) cost of goods / sell price (or atleast profit) 3) optional: product creation date – product sell date

Since I can’t figure out how to comment on the rating I gave you, I’ll comment it here.

No, you didn’t deliver support as expected. Half of the support thread from you consists of “sorry’s”, and the reason the thread is closed is because I never responded to the last two messages. The process just took to long time.

I opened the support thread the 24th of January, and initially just closed all your accesses the 4th of february (but reopened them again to give you a second chance).

You need to understand that if you have access to critical parts (wp-admin/ftp/database) of a website you also have some responsibilities. Amongst them is responding to your client in a reasonable time. You were not supporting a hobby project, you were supporting a business.

It would have been much better for us if you just said that “Sorry, we can’t fix this”, or alternatively “Give us access the nth, and we will fix it within a 12 hour span”.

Another thing: When having a support system where the policy is to respond once per 72 hour, you should at least answer all questions asked.

Of the three questions I asked, one is solved (“I’m afraid, Not. This option is not supported at this moment.”), one remains unsolved and one never got answered to.

Do you now understand why I just rated it two stars?

Hello, I’m using WPML multu currencies so Customers currently pay with multiple currencies (AUD, USD, EUR, etc …).

Currently without your plugin I need to manually select the currency, click, and I get my graphs and stats for the selected currency.

With your plugin, will the currencies be “grouped” ? I mean I want to see all my sales in the repport, not only EUR or USD sales, for example.

what do you mean by other marketplace?

Walmart, eBay, Amazon etc sells information. They all have APIs that could be used to pull the information.
