Hi, Is there way to add “Custom” order notes for the customer? I am looking to add custom notes which would be emailed to the customer as the order progresses from processing to shipped to delivered to completed (with each change, owner of the shop sends the note to the customer which is also added to the order notes).

Thanks. Each order status for each unique customer or it would be same status for every customer? My goal is to send custom “note” to the customers based on where the order is outside of woocommerce. The order may show “processing” in woocommerce but we send them notes saying their order has been placed with the manufacturer or when its shipped we send another note saying their order has been shipped and it has their tracking numbers, etc.
Unfortunately this option is not possible at this moment.
Can a vendor receives an email alert of any order?

I already own all the plugins of Proword except this one, I intend to buy it but I need a little bit more clear display of status icons. They are simply too small, and there is no other way to display them like in the “WooCommerce Order Status & Actions Manager” plugin. In this plugin there are 4 ways to display the Status icon, so would such feature be added soon?

Can this plugin be used to send an email to the customer if the admin deletes his/her order?
For delete it is not possible,
But i think in general a shop wouldn’t delete an order, the order can be canceled,
So if you cancel an order (from any status) you can set that customer receive related email.

I interested in your plugin. Example i’m the buyer, If i go to MY ORDER -> Can i see all of order status such as:
page 1) All order included page 1,2,3,4,5
page 2) pending payment (which is not success payment yet)
page 3) shipped (which is the seller add tracking number already)
page 4) Deliveried
page 5) Dispute (order on dispute)
page 6) Refund (order on process refund, waiting buyer send back product to buyer, or the buyer did not ship a long time, buyer/seller accepted refund)
page 7) Evaluated (which is waiting for rating each other/ or still on time accepted click to dispute or refund time)
page 8 ) Success order (which is buyer no allow to requires dispute return any more, success purchase)
Importance: Each step 1 -> 2 >>> 3 >>> 4>>>> 5>>>> 6>>>> 7>>> 8 . will have notification to email to buyer and notification on website. when buyer click to the email link or notification, buyer will see the page of status.
Do you have any order status sms plugin that can support your “Advanced WooCommerce Order Status & Action Manager + Colorize filtering on Order List” i had try searching for several plugin for sms, most of them only support for WOO status.

I need to create a new customer order status of “pending-wholesale” when the order is created by a customer with the user role of “wholesale-customer”, which we have created through the wholesale suite plugin. Can your plugin help me to create a custom order status based on that condition?

I must say I am a little bit of disapointed. All tho. I was said before I bought it is compatible with WPML but more I work with that plugin, more I find it, that is not. So here are the problems:
- I can not find a way to translate all the strings in an email
- It sends out double email, even tho. I deleted the doubled one.
