I have sent them to customize the app , they didn’t have test it ,,, and now we are in the 4th month and no one reply to us and Charlie is not honest man he is just making late time every time told me they sent it to the dev team then he didn’t reply then wait another week !!!!

I don’t know where to go and to Alert the people this what they have done with me ! they did a form and the form is not saving the data I sent to them , then I tried to edit, the edit is not working !!! OMG , The app crashing and I have requested to add whatsapp icon Guess what they added it without linking it to the phone I sent to them they took alot of time then I find alot of issues !!!

But when things are been change contently, we have to submit the app again and again to the apple store which takes time. Please freeze your requirements so that we can complete your tasks. It can be integrated in theme and android only. IOS dose not support 3rd party payments. Right now we don’t have such plans.

I don’t have a support license at the moment my app is not working that’s why I used the general category. I think it will be more favourable for me if you can let the people in general category know that this is urgent than telling me it will take time that won’t help me in anyway an urgent fix will be much appreciated.
App doesn’t include support at all so we are already giving free support to all customers for apps. Please create ticket in app category that will not ask you for support renewal. Regards
