Very poor documentation, script doesn't work even if you follow the limited instructions.

Hi,

I didn't get any support request from you and the script works even with basic code. The documentation gives all options and you have a complete code in index.html. So if you need assistance, you can ask for help. Maybe you missed something. Don't hesitate.

Great product, fast friendly support.

To customise fully, you need to know some html/css/javascript, but support is there to help if needed.
