Hi, I have a gray area that is displaying above my map. It looks like the javascript is adding top:50% somewhere. How can I change this to 0 so the map displays at the top of the div tag? Thank you
I would like for all our pin locations to display as soon the map loads so that customers can see we have multiple locations instead of seeing a blank map or one where it is just their location. The they can use the search bar to find their closest location. Is this possible?

You can create a tag (filter) named “all”, for example and make it enabled by default. If you prever you can also hide this filter.

This works great but is really zoomed out – https://www.screencast.com/t/LlZyiyT6JD and when I change the ‘zoom’ it doesn’t fix the problem. Is there a work around it to get the country full screen?
Which zoom value did you use? Did you empty your cache? For Australia it must be 5 or something like this.

STOP! Before you buy this you need to know it does NOT show you Google places it ONLY show your own custom places. This was NOT clear on the description, in fact quite the opposite, so if you ONLY want to show custom places then its fine. Not sure about the support though because I have still heard nothing from them since I purchased the software 5 days ago.

I think there is an issue using cluster markers. When the cluster is activated and in the list you click on one of the points within the cluster, it should zoom and show the place on the map. Now it shows the information but it is not known exactly where the place is

I just tested and when I click on the demo on a cluster, it zooms and displays all the points exactly as it’s supposed to work.

How can I made the places panel auto removable on mobile like it is on desktop? On mobile it shows that black spot before there are any searches and it just doesn’t look pleasing. It makes the user wonder why that space is there to begin with. How can I make it show only after there is a search like it shows on desktop?

You need to add the attribute checked=”checked” to your tag filters. TO edit the cluster max zoom you need to edit the source code and search “maxZoom: 12”.

If you want to generate from your mysql table, don’t use json, simply write in the php file using an array in the option “places”. Check in skin-compact.html.
