this script not for indian friendly because not able to add custom profile options like 4 type Gotra, No. of Brother, No. of Sisters, Family (Gotra), Nanihal (Gotra), Mobile No(Self), Mobile No(Family) and many more options required in profile.
Our maximum customers for this item from india who are using this item for their matrimonial business so with a single line it will not proper comment that it’s not Indian friendly. You are saying there have not mobile number option but it have and also it have family details inserting option. Also it have on behalf insert option.

add a feature or option so user add new profile fields from admin panel, if this is possible then you receive lot of new orders. i have more then 23 matrimonial clients but every client have many different profile fields. so my clients not able to use your script.
