Can users view and edit content from a specific post ?
Yes !
- Add ACF Front Form into the post you want to display the form
- In Post tab, make sure that Post ID value is empty, the default value is the current post ID
- In Fields tab, check Show the Title to allow editing the post title
- In the same tab, check Show the Content to allow editing the post content
- You can Check the Field Groups or Fields to select which fields you want to allow for editing
