Hello, I am currently having an issue with the plugin. The Pin It button is not linking. The button shows on hover, but it doesn’t go anywhere when clicked.
Thank you for writing in.
Can you please provide us the site URL where the issue is appearing so that we can check the issue? Also if possible please send us your site details using our profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/accesskeys#contact so that we can check the plugin’s backend settings as well if needed.
Thank you for the reply. The url is as follows.
There are galleries throughout each furniture category page, that is where you will find the Pin It buttons being applied.
As far as the “site details”, are you referring to login credentials?
Thank you for replying us back.
Yes we mean your site’s login credentials.
Looks like you are using the pinit buttons for the images which have lightbox due to which the pinit function is not being able to trigger but instead lightbox event being triggered.
If this plugin does not work with lightbox then I will unfortunately need to request a refund.
We would like to check if we can fix the issue on your site. So can you please ask for support using our profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/accesskeys#contact so that we can check.
I apologize, we had to find a replacement immediately as this was an urgent request from a client. If you could please process a refund we would appreciate it. Thank you for your efforts!

My apologies, the email was flagged as spam. Thank you for the quick response and for your help.
I have tested the simple version of this plugin in a test site of mine and everything was working fine.
The Pin It button was being displayed not only on the single post images, but on the home page post images as well. The problem that I had was that I didn’t like the shape of it, so I decided to buy the pro version.
Now I have changed the Pin It Button to the one that I like, but I cannot make it show on the post images of my home page, even though that I have not changed anything else of the settings, apart form the new button. And the weird thing is that the simple version of it, if I enable it, is still being displayed as it should be.
Could you please find out, why the Pin It button of the pro version is not being displayed on the home page, so as to make it show on it?
The test site of mine is redheadillusion.com/testred1
For using the custom pin it button you need to configure the settings correctly. The issue might appear if you haven’t used the correct image selector.
Please see the screenshots below and check if this resolves the issue or not.
If still you are having issue please let us know using our profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/accesskeys#contact with your site details so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.
The truth is that this troubled me a lot, but eventually I did manage to make everything work as it should be.
My problem was that, when I changed the class value of the Image Selector field as you told me, then the Pin It button was being displayed only on the homepage.
I searched it and I found out that on the single post page I had two more separate image classes, so I tried to put these classes too in the enabled classes field, separated with commas, but then my page crashed.
I tried to delete the value from the Image Selector and put it in the Enabled Classes field tohether with the other two, separated of course with commas, but the result was the same. And I made a lot of tries with different values, classes with the word img, without the word img, with (.) preceding the classes or without (.) preceding the classes, but nothing worked out.
I couldn’t understand why this was not working, because the reason for the existence of that field, as I understand, is to put classes inside it, where the Pin It button has to show up.
On my last try, before to send you a message through your contact form as you suggested me to do, if I was still having a problem, I decided to delete these values from the Enabled Classes filed and put them all together in the Image Selector field, even though you are not saying this in your help text below it.
And thankfully this was the solution to my problem and everything about your Pinterest Pin It button it seems that is working well now.
But the reason, why your simple version of your plugin, in my situation, functioned properly out of the box, is still a mystery.
Thank you very much for your support and have a beautiful week.
Image selector is used for the selector div that includes the images that should display the pinit button and outside the image selector if there are images then it will not show the pin it button on those images due to which the issue was appearing.
And enabled classes field defines the display of the images for only those classes defined in the enabled classes within the selector div.

I’m a little dissapointed with this plugin. I upgraded to the pro version so that i could use the “always show” option instead of the hover option. It doesnt show the pin button at all now.. It does show up on places where it shouldn’t. I tried to delete it by adding the “data-pin-no-hover=”true”” in the alt of the image, that doesn’t seem to work aswell. Can you please help me out with these problems?
We have replied your queries to your email address. Please check.
I have I problem with the buttons when the “Always show” option is selected.
If I use “Show on hover”, everything works fine, the button appears in the top left corner of every image.
However if I check “Always show”, the buttons are not in the right place because the top gap is not working right. I found out that it is a problem with the image sizes:
Lets say image 1 and 2 of the site are square, image 3 is a landscape and images 4 and 5 are square again. Then this happens: The pinit buttons on 4 and 5 have a too big gap to the top border of its image. If I change the dimensions on the landscape image 3 via css to square (e.g. 300×300px), the pinit buttons on 4 and 5 have the right position! I can send you some images to make it clearer…
Again: Everything works well if I have “Show on hover” selected!! So what is the problem with the button position when “always show” is selected? Is there a different calculation? How can I fix this? I bought the pro version only because of the always show posibility, so its important for that this works…
Thank you for your help,

I had just purchased your AccessPress Pinterest Pro plugin.
However I am not too sure as to how to set up the code etc. to make
the ‘pin it’ always show on both mobile and desktop, for every image on site.
Could you please answer this technical question?
Here is the url to the site, so that you are aware of what I’m referring to.
The site is https://enlightened-consciousness.com
Ok, seems to have taken sometime before appearing correctly on site.My guess
is that I have tons of content on their it had to go through.
Now, only 2 issues I’m having is:
- Not displaying on home page, archives etc. both on desktop and mobile.
- When using other icons, besides the one I’m currently using, the icons are distorted and stretched vertically, resulting in rectangle icons as squares.

Looks like there is some error in the plugin settings that you have entered. Can you please provide us some screenshots of the widget that you are using, using our profile contact form https://codecanyon.net/user/accesskeys#contact so that we can check and suggest?
