Hi, I posted a question regarding this plugin to your forum. Is the forum the right way to ask for support? (didn’t get an answer yet)

Hello there,

Thank you for writing in.

Yes, this is the right place to ask for the support. Please ask what you want to.

Thanks.

okay, thanks in that case I need to wait for your answer :)

Hello Is it possible to use AccessPress Anonymous Post to write to the bbPress Forum and Topic? Can I create an option for users to write and select Forum from AccessPress Anonymous Post (bbPress Attributes)?

Jan

Hello there,

Thank you for writing in.

Our plugin can be used to submit any post or custom post types with all the parameters that are inherited from the default posts such as post title, post content, post featured image and other parameters.

So if bbPress Forum and Topic are custom post types and also derives exact parameters of the post such as post title, post content and other parameters then surely our plugin can be used to submit the custom post type.

If bbPress Forum and Topics are custom post types then they will be listed as in the dropdown option of “Submit as” in the general settings and once you will select the post type then the form will receive that post type from the frontend.

Thanks.

Another question Can I use Anonymous Post Pro to edit an already published Post?

Hello Jan,

Thank you for writing in.

Unfortunately, that feature is not available with our plugin.

Thanks.

I see that a user cannot edit the post after it has been submitted. Is this a feature you are working on and plan to add in the future?

Hello there,

Thank you for writing in.

Unfortunately, the post editing feature is not available with our plugin. We tried to add that feature but there were already some features that are not incorporating with the post editing features such as Custom File Uploads. So for maintaining the backward compatibility, we are currently not in the plan of adding that feature.

If in future if we could find some solutions regarding the backward compatibility then we will try to add that feature.

We hope you understand.

Thanks.
