To install the update, simply deactivate and delete the existing version and install and update new version which has been downloaded from your codecanyon account’s download page.

Every time I save a form, it doesn’t save the changes and it creates an entire new form. Example, I keep editing form fields, and it won’t save the edit I make, instead it creates a new form with that saved change but the original doesn’t save.

We are exactly not clear regarding your requirement. You can submit post or any post type and also add any html fields such as textfield, textarea, radio button etc which will be stored as the custom fields.

I just bought the pro version of your plugin as I was very impressed with the free version. However, as soon as I activated the plugin, writing on all pages was suddenly messed up. As far as I can tell, it was like there was a centred version of the print super-imposed over the top of the normal version, slightly offline vertically. At first I thought it was just the “write for us” page, as that’s where the form we used with the free version was found, but it is happening on every page of the site.
Any ideas what could be causing this?
We assume that may be occurring due to some CSS conflict with your active theme.

One quick question…
Envato have sent me a message saying that there’s an update available, but the folder I downloaded seems to be exactly the same as the previous one (it’s come up with a (1) at the end of the title in my downloads folder). Should I upload the new one anyway, or is everything fine as it is?
Please install the latest one since it has some security related updates.
The latest version is 3.2.0
For updating, simply deactivate and delete the existing version and delete and activate the recently downloaded version.

That may be showing due to some CSS conflict with that plugin. Can you please provide us the URL of the page where this is happening so that we could inspect and provide you the custom CSS code to resolve the conflict?

That’s a bit strange because we are also using windows chrome browser. Can you please check in the browser network tab if any message has been recorded when a file is being uploaded? Please check below screenshot for easy reference regarding how to check the server response.

It will be a bit difficult to debug the issue because we are able to upload the file in your site from our end and you were not able to upload from your end.
We have made a small video regarding how to check the response of an ajax request when the file is being uploaded which will help us to figure out what may be the cause.
Please check below video and follow exact instructions and let us know what you get in the response when file is uploaded.
If even this doesn’t help then we will need to check the issue through teamviewer.

Can you please make the plugin editable with the Elementor page builder?
We do remember this. We will study its API documentation and will surely implement if it won’t need major research. But we are still unable to assure you 100% regarding this feature because its a third party plugin and it will really depend upon its API implementation. But we will try our best.
Can you please let me know as soon as you research Elementor and if the plugin can be implemented in it? There are some 3rd party Elementor addons that allow such functionality, for example with Gravity Forms.
It seems elementor plugin uses widgets so we think it will be sufficient if we just build the widget of our plugin.
Just make sure the whole form can be styled with Elementor. Here’s an Elementor addon that allows such functionality with some popular forms plugin, it might give you an idea:

We have gone through it roughly and we think the addon provides the functionality to style the forms such as gravity forms and contact form which don’t have much styling options on their own.
Our plugin inbuilt has the form templates and form styler so the compatibility isn’t more over related with the elementor itself but the addon has been built with the elementor support. In case of our plugin, we can make the more templates and add few more styling options directly integrated with our plugin which should not be based in the elementor itself so that customers won’t have to use with the elementor just to style our forms.

Hello, I have created a form to upload posts from the front end with the help of your great plugin. I need to give the user a possibility of adding figcaption under an image. So I have created a custom field for that.
The field appears in the front-end both on the form and on the created post, so that works ok.
However I have a problem in viewing this custom field for a specific post in the back-end.
According to the documentation, when I am on a specific post in the back-end, if I don’t see the custom fields, I should press “Screen options” and check option ”
Custom fields”. Hovewer, this option is not appearing there.
I have following plugins installed, could they be interferring in any way?

Are you using the meta keys starting with _(underscore) ?
If yes then WordPress doesn’t list the custom fields starting with underscores under the custom fields section because WordPress reserves the custom fields meta key starting with the underscores for specific purposes for storing plugin and themes extra settings through meta boxes and is not listed in the custom fields list.

Please keep the meta key without starting with “underscore(_)” and it shall show under the custom fields list in the post editor page.

That’s quite strange. Are you submitting the default WordPress post or any other post types?
If you are submitting any other post types then that post type may not have included the custom fields support. Are you using ACF to register the post type? If yes, then you shall include custom field support for that post type.

Our plugin has inbuilt file uploader which is capable of submitting the multiple images but our plugin exactly may not be able to map with the advanced custom field gallery because advanced custom field may use the different format for storing the images values whereas our plugin will store the URL of the images under custom field’s meta key.

I see that there is a field for the authors name on the form, and I was wondering if there was any way to have the entered name show up as the actual author of the post? thanks for your help!
The author name is being shown as the actual author of the post i.e registered author assigned to that post. And author name is displayed in the theme file by theme itself for which our plugin doesn’t have much control through hooks.
If you want to display the author received from our plugin then you can use the below code in the post detail page template file(which normally is single.php file but may differ as per the theme) where the author is being displayed.
Hi, I purchased this plugin but it doesnt allow external user to post any video or image even after registering it. Can you please suggest what needs to be done so that a user after registering can post something from frontend of the website.
Have you added the custom field in the form and chosen file uploader as the field type? User can upload the files using our inbuilt file uploader.

It seems the cache plugin is generating the JS error due to which the file uploader is not working.
Can you please check by excluding our plugin’s js file to be minified or cached if there is any such settings in the cache plugin?

The Add media button is being generated by the WordPress itself for the content editor. By default it shouldn’t show any errors unless there is other js error.
Are there already some js error before the Add Media is triggered? If yes then that may be causing it not work properly. Can you please check once by deactivating all other plugins and switching the theme to default Twenty Sixteen theme and let us know the error still shows or not? By doing that we can know which plugin or theme is conflicting with the Add Media js.

With form fields do you mean form field labels? If yes then yes, these are configurable from the backend.
And you can also set the fields as required along with the custom required message.

Yes, that is surely possible. Please choose post publish status as “Draft” in the plugin settings. And admin can approve the post by publishing it from backend. Please refere to the provided screenshot.
