Congratulations!

Amazing Work, Good Luck With Sale

Thank you! :D

I just bought your product, I cannot choose font family (there’s pull down but it’s all blank) and nothing shows on my page even when I wrote the shortcode….

Hello, Mfuji!

Thank you for writing in.

The font family is loaded via. the google font server. The font might not show if you have a poor internet connection or there is a conflict when requesting for the google fonts.

Could you please inspect your browser console and see if there are any errors? Here is an image reference, on how to do so: https://prnt.sc/h2kkxf

Also, if do find any errors could you please send us a screenshot of the error.

Also, could you please sent us the link to where you have set up the shortcode?

You can send these info here: https://codecanyon.net/user/8degreethemes/#contact

Here is a link to the documentation of the plugin in case you might have missed any steps: https://8degreethemes.com/documentation/eight-degree-easy-tags-pro/

Thank you!

Hello, I am having some problems with the plugin activated where it messes up my lists. It is crowding two list items on the same line instead of one after the other. You can see what I mean at this link. https://www.ruralinfo.net/

Please see the main news list and then scroll to the bottom to see the footer menu widget. When I deactivate this plugin, it all is fine. Thank you

Hello, dlogan1966!

Thank you for writing back.

If the overwrite did not work you can try modifying the frontend.css file in the plugin.

Please open, frontend.css file in ..\wp-content\plugins\eight-degree-easy-tags-pro folder, go to line 64, you will find

.edet-enabled ul li { display: inline-block; } Please change it to .edet-enabled ul li { display: block; } Here is an image reference of where you need to make the modification. https://prnt.sc/h5paiq

Hope this helps.

Thank you!

That worked but I had to use the id selector to keep it from messing up some other lists.. Thank you

Hello, Dlogan1966!

Glad to know it helps. Please let us know if you need any assistance in the future.

HI Pombiswas98,

Thank you for writing in,

Our plugin is compatible with all the WordPress themes, if you want to use our plugin then you can use it. If you want to check our plugin compatibility then please download the free version of the plugin and check on your site. If free version works properly then premium version also works properly.

Thank You ! !

I am a user of Easy Tags Pro. Your plugin is messing up with

  • tag on my website…I contacted the Wordpress theme provider and they said it was your plugin that is preventing bullet points from showing, even when the tag is used properly. I need to fix it.

OKAY your website does not let me write the tag. Above is what I have in my dashboard, post editor. But the bullet points

  • tags disappear!

When I removed your plugin they reappeared. But since I used your plugin for something, I cannot remove it now without messing my whole website. It’s so frustrating I cannot explain. Bullet points are there. In my editor. They just don’t appear correctly.

    HI Mfuji,

Sorry for the inconvance by our plugin,

We have found CSS code that conflicting each other. Could you please send an email to support@8degreethemes.com with your temporary login details and your issue we will remove those conflict CSS code from the plugin.

    Thank you!!

Is it possible to define/set my own tags?

    HI there,

    Thank you for writing in,

When you add some tags on your post then this plugin is used to design those tags.

It does not use to create the custom tags for your site.

    Thank you!!

I don’t want to create my own tags. I’d like to use/choose some of the tags.. Is it possible to define my own tag list from the tags that are already there?

    Hi

    Thank you for writing in,

Yes, you can redesign the tags styles using this plugin. This plugin also has a feature that you can choose the specific category tags with the specific templates.

    Thank you!!

Interesting prem-plugin. I am having a massive prob with the tags. See ira-help.com

I just got “tags” to work. I had to use “PHP widget”. This plugin looks like It will work with the PHP widget.

The big prob I have, is I want to click on the tag, and go to the tags location(s) in this page.

Your tags look kinda simple. I would like to have several separate colors as background-colors for the tags. Will the plugin do this?

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

Please check the demo site of the plugin you will find the every possible feature of the tags. This is plugin is simply used to design your plugins. You can design the tags using the template of the tags. You need to choose the predefined template design of the plugin.

    Regards!!

I have an idea for some improvements: I see “Tags” used several times—in different contexts; shouldnt it be “Tag fields” and “Tag Words” to be more specific?

The second option under “Tags Properties” is DESCRIPTION. Should that be displayed on the sidebar?

I found a cool block of CSS that allows tag fields with randomly colored tags. (IT ONLY WORKS WITH WORDPRESS!) How about adding multi-colored or randomly colored tags? Allow the user to set several tag colors?

I got the PHP to work with the “PHP Code” widget—SO COOL!

See my front page (ira-help.com). I did that with “8Degree Easy Tags” and “Content Aware Sidebars”.

I like the ability to exclude “Checked taxonomy Terms”— I have mis-spelled tags. I dont know how to get rid of them. This plugin allows me to fix that problem.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for writing in,

The plugins provide the multiple add new tags features. You can design every tag or the category with specific designs. It will provide you the shortcode, you need to use that shortcode to display the tags or the categories.

The tags text and the field is not used to modified by the plugin it is just used to design the existing tags and the category. You need to edits this information from your post or the pages tags and the category option.

If you have added the product description then it will display in your site. Please use the shortcode of the easy tag and add in your sidebar using the text widget then check the tag description will be displayed in your sidebar.

The plugins have own class to design ta tags and it will respond when you made the change via plugins settings. Maybe the code will not work for the multi-color tags.

    Regards!!

I just noticed something: the bullet points were gone. When I turned “8 Degree Easy Tags Pro – Premium Tagging Plugin” off, they worked fine.

I tried to edit some list statements

I am using ver 1.0.1 on WordPress ver. 4.9.8 What is going on, and when will this be fixed?

    HI there,

    Thank you for writing in,

Please follow the instruction kindly, go to your dashboard >> appearance >> customize >> Additional CSS add the following CSS code then Save.

    #ca-sidebar-5651 li {
        display: block;
    }

    Regards!!

Just did. It does not work. I also have the code in the frontend.css folder in: ..\wp-content\plugins\eight-degree-easy-tags-pro . Would that mess anything up?

dlogan1966 mentioned “id selector”: what is that, and how does that work? SORRY, I am not CSS literate.

Could you please let us know with some screenshot of your issues so that we can find the exact location the plugin CSS making conflict and removing the bullets from your site.

    Regards!!

Did you ever figure out the disappearing “HTML Bullets” thing?

    Is there an update coming?
