We have purchased and implemented your plugin and encountered the following issues;
1> when we try to click on “BWL Knowledgebase Manager” from “Add New KB” by selecting the following icon http://prntscr.com/4zvi2y a blank POPup appears http://prntscr.com/4zvafl and we cant do anything from here apart going back 2> http://prntscr.com/4zvwz8 how do we remove KB Category that appears automatically in knowledge-base article page?

Maybe add the possibility to replace your search with https://wordpress.org/plugins/daves-wordpress-live-search/ and https://wordpress.org/plugins/relevanssi/ they are both wpml compliant? Daves plugin is.

Yes, its possible. Just copy theme “single.php” and rename it to “single-bwl_kb.php”. Then remove “sidebar” code from new file. Very simple and easy to do. If you unable to do that, I’ll do that for you

Hi, I’m looking for a way to add more search engine friendly content to my site.
This would work nice, but I can’t understand how search engines will index the content I create within the plugin. Is all of the content in the database? When I ‘view source’ on a content page the content is not in the source code. Is the content within each of the FAQ posts accessible for indexing by search engines or no?
