When are we expecting an update on this module, please? The module is not usable yet. It doesn’t work if the room service isn’t working. 1. You cannot post an order to a room. After selecting the room, there is no way to submit the order to the selected room. 2. There is no report on the hotel booking. No financial records. 3. There is no online reservation; customers can reserve the room online, so website integration will not work. 4. The hotel module is not covered in the API module.

Still waiting feedback on my ticket from days ago, I bought and installed this module but still showing errors and crushes the whole site. Kindly tend to this issue, I am also on an emergency to get this resolved, it’s impacting my users.

Good day, have you planed ical for this extension? Also a staff overview calendar with complete reservation timeline would be a great feature.

I have purchased table track, not the hotel module yet. I still can send via support channel? But I would buy the hotel module when I could synchronize the application (with ical) with applications like booking.com etc. Theoretically this should be a standard integration for your absolutely great application Table Track with the hotel module. I think also this would become a great and excellent module for further expansion for table track.

you didn’t understand what i mean to say. I know tabletrack is SAAS application i know but what i mean to say is this hotel software you mentioned that is wit the Tabletrack so is hotel also saas i mean that
hotel is an addon means module that will be installed to tabletrack application and will serve the saas as well
All modules of tabletrack will serve as saas inside tabletrack

We do not have standalone hotel software. We have this module which is part of tabletrack application. You need to have tabletrack application to install this module

hello, thanks for you reply and its okay. the current one is good and really thinking of purchasing. however examining it further could be possible to add room change feature for guest currently in-house. Also in the room service – pos – when ordering food can’t seem to see the “hotel room” as context – not sure if it is the demo or. and what about laundry after check-in? or would I enter it as an item in the pos. KR.

There is a need for a front-end calendar that shows check-ins, reservations, and checkout timelines. It provides a quick overview from the front end instead of date selections. Each can be highlighted with a color (check-in green, check-out timeline red, or reservation orange).
Furthermore, the guest’s next of kin field is important for the hotel to know who to contact in case of an emergency. The identity field should have ID upload (not compulsory but recommended).
Room and Banquet reports is also important
A separate housekeeping staff role should be established instead of showing waiters as housekeepers.
Hotel expenses with reports.
Check-in billing receipt.
Frontend statistics for the hotel. Showing earnings and others
