I am facing difficulties with the support as I am unable to get a quick response. Every time I send a message, it takes two days to get a reply, and when that reply is a question, the waiting time increases even more, making it harder to resolve my issue. I believe that a 10-minute conversation could solve everything, but the delayed exchange of messages has been significantly delaying the process. Is there any way to improve this service or speed up the responses?

as root which will remake all files as root so it will break things

always make sure u as user when u run commands.
How to run “pnpm updator” as a User, while we log in the server’s Root?

go to panel on port 10000 login as root
then go to virtualmin side so it uses the user click on terminal on the left side it will show u username@domain:
u can write commands in that terminal
start with
cd public_html
so it get u in correct path to run pnpm updator
