Hi, Can you get the forms to show as a new ticket once submitted and also is there any way to allocate a form to a client or even better request a specific client to complete it and hold it in their account.

I want to collect leads, is it possible to collect submissions and automatically convert them to Leads? Also iframe is being blocked in many browsers, is it possible to use modern technology called: Web Component?

Hi, I have a project taht needs application form whereas the applicant will fill up a form and the data should be linked to the actual client database of perfex. It has all the client details for financing application. My question is how many fields supports this and can it be mapped to the perfex database as client.
Dear techpreneur76, There are two ways you can go about this. You setup a Form connted directly to Client Table, it will prefill with Client Fields which you can map to the Client Table. Alternatively, you can setup a non connected form with all the fields you want, then you can export the result table and import into the clients table. You can check this out on demo as well. In perfex contact is currently linked to a company, but in you form users can only create a company, not also the associated contact. It would be beneficial if, while filling out the company form, users could also add the contact information at the same time

Can we not have more than 1 entry field on a page before clicking next, and I noticed on the demo we cannot map certain fields.

So if we have 20 fields, then we have to have 20 next buttons. I added a field text, and renamed it to Name. Could not map that field
Dear ArmaanAmod786, 20 fields might seems overwhelming to many users and might discourage them from filling the form, that’s why Flexform is using a different approach. The time it will take you to focus on a field in a 20 fields long form is almost the same time it will take you to Navigate to the next Question. With Flexform, you also have the Data as the user navigate from question to Question, that way, you can have partial submission record incase they drop off half way. Regarding data mapping, “Not Mapped” shows when you’ve not mapped a field to destination column, you can click on it to select the Blocks you want to map to the destination column. Kind regards.

The design and the module seem excellent to me. I would like to suggest using Google Forms as a reference, as they are generic and work very well. Additionally, I would like to propose some additional functionalities to improve the system:
1. Response Approval: Include an option to preview and approve responses before saving them to the database, allowing for internal approval by the work team.
2. Integration of Tables and Forms: Facilitate the integration between tables and forms. For example, allowing a customer to register and simultaneously create contacts associated with their account.
3. Question Pages: Implement the option to create question pages, similar to Google Forms, where several questions can be grouped in one phase and advanced with a “Next” button, instead of having a button for each question.
4. File Upload: Add functionality that allows file uploads directly within the form.
5. Data Queries: Incorporate an option that allows users to query and download information from the forms, such as invoice status, tasks, or tickets, and integrate with other modules like delivery notes, orders, and payments.
6. Customization of Tables and Forms: Offer the possibility to create customized tables and forms, similar to Google Forms in Google Drive, which would be a very useful and standout feature.
7. Surveys and Results: Implement functionality to create surveys, collect data, and tabulate results, leveraging the system’s capability to handle these tasks.

hello. You mention conditional logic. But – in the demo I can’t really see any conditional logik. Yes, I can switch on or off fields. But this is not really the meaning of “conditional”! May be I do not understand what you precisely mean?
Any plans to add multiple inputs on single page? Also mobile responsiveness needs to be fixed

In my opinion, if this is intended to replace Google Forms, it should be capable of handling multiple inputs on a single page, as this is standard behavior for Google Forms.
As a suggestion for improving the user experience (UX), since you plan to stick with a single-page format, it’s essential to have a clear progress indicator. The current loading bar at the top is confusing; although it shows cumulative progress, it refreshes and restarts with each new page, making it unclear how far along you are and how much progress you’ve made. Additionally, there are no numbers or percentages displayed, so it’s difficult to know how much is left to complete.
Could you also explain the reasoning behind this design choice?
Dear SkywayGe, thank you for your comment. It is quite ambitious to say replacement of Google form, Thanks for compliment. Flexform that have similar functionality with Google form and Type Form or any other Form based website. It has build in navigation and autosave your response as you navigate back and forth. It also have a progress bar at the top of the page which shows how much progress you have made. It aims to add smart conditional logic to existing Perfex forms like Web To Lead. I have a few questions about this module please:
1. Does the person who is completing the form have to have an account or can a guest answer the form?
2. Is there any reporting on the answers? For example, is a question has two options and half pick one option then that would be 50%. Will it display data like that or just the answers for each submission?

Dear cbutler4, Thank you for your comment. 1) Yes, both logged and guest can answer your form. 2) What you have is responses to each questions as submitted by the user. Depending on the conditional logic you set, 50% might apply different is a question is optional or you take the user to another part of the form based on the answer they provide.
