I bought this plugin earlier today and unfortunately it’s not working, when I click on the support link it takes me to a website without any contact forms. There’s no way to open a new ticket. When I click on the support link from my Codecanyon downloads, it takes me to a different website from the one listed on the plugin details after I installed it. So how do I request support?

I tried to use the chat, I was told that chat is for a product named Chamevo. Then they said they would transfer me to the right person and stopped responding. I opened a new chat window and was told there is no chat support for this plugin and that someone would get back to me. So how do I get support?
I was finally able to open a support ticket and when I tried to get back to you, the ticket had been deleted and there’s no way to open a new one. I understand you’re transferring your business to a new website but you need to keep support open, please get back to me.
It’s been 30 days and I haven’t been able to receive support. Please issue a refund. I’ve tried the chat, the tickets, this comment section and still can’t get in touch with you.

Also, I see that the latest version availiabel for download is 1.1.4 but on some site of your i nthe changelog it says 1.2. Can you please tell us how to get the latest version?

I’m having a problem with the Bulk Variations plugin. I’m also using the Extra Product Options & Addons plugin on my products to allow customers to choose optional extras. As soon as I activate Bulk Variations for a product and add the selected options to the cart, a strikethrough price appears above the unit price, which shouldn’t be there, while the total price shown is correct. However, when I deactivate Bulk Variations and use WooCommerce’s standard variation system, everything works as expected.

Your support has no option to contact you – it’s pretty annoying to sign up for it and log in, only to find that you can’t actually post a ticket.
I’d like to know why I was charged for two copies of Bulk Variations – I only wanted one for one site. I’d like a refund on the other please.
can you please arrange for the refund on the second copy of this. I did not request 2 copies, though I do remember a connection issue during payment, so I guess that’s why there’s two copies of this sitting in my account.

OK thanks, I have submitted the request. It’s a good plugin, works fine and the client is happy with it, but it is a pretty specific plugin and currently it is unlikely I will need it on another site.
It has been 2 months. I have left multiple support requests regarding this. Your product does not seem to work with the updated Woocommerce layout. Your documentation only shows the old layout, and no-one has provided any information for the new Woo layout as to where the checkbox to activate Bulk Variations for each product is.
When are you going to get back to me with your answer? Or are you scrabbling to update the product?

there is no checkbox or tab which for Bulk Variations displays in the latest layout of the latest versions of Woocommerce.
I have disabled most of the additional plugins to see if there was a plugin conflict, however it changed nothing.
I replied to your ticket:

Nd while we haven’t switched all of our sites across, on those sites that we have switched, it hasn’t seemed to affect any of our other plugins so far.
Mind you, on our larger and more complex ecommerce sites which have a lot of additional functionality, we haven’t switched yet, as it will require testing before doing so. Since it’s still in beta we’ll hold off on that.
The Bulk Variations plugin seems to be working OK now.

can i add more than 50 variations through this plugin?
Yes that should be possible.
just want to reconfirm. woocommerce let you add only 50 variations in 1 product. do you really mean that after purchasing your plugin I will be able to add 100 or 150 variations in every product.
Hello, is it possible to use the plugin only for the sizes and not for all properties? I want to use it for textiles only for the sizes, the other properties should be displayed normally via woocommerce.
