Hello! Is it possible to make the role of a parent who has several children and buys courses for them? Children should have their own accounts and courses that their parent bought for them should appear in them.

I notice that we can set reward points both for single lessons and for courses. What does it mean? That a student can get points just attending single lessons? That a student earns the sum of points of all lessons plus points assigned to the course if they complete the course?

I have a question about course duration. In the Knowledge Base, I read that if I set a duration, the user has that time to complete the course. After that the becomes unavailable. But I want some courses to be always available to my users. How can I achieve this?

For other users, I found an incompatibility of this plugin with the “Folders” plugin. I wrote to the Folders developers and they fixed the issue, so the two plugins are fully compatible now.

I am setting up a learning system using this plugin, in a website based on memberships, built with Ultimate Membership Pro. I set up Ultimate Membership Pro as Default Payment and I associated some membership levels to some courses. So only certain levels can access courses. Can I give some courses for free and some under payment? The ideal situation would be that if an user is interested in a course:

1) if he/she is already member, can pay and purchase the course

2) if not, he/she can subscribe as member in order to purchase the course.

I cannot submit tickets because the system says I have too many open tickets, but I don’t understand how a ticket can be closed.

Presale question: I find the Student Notes feature very interesting. I would like to give students the ability to access all their notes, taken during the courses they have taken. Is it possible to have a place where the individual student can access all their notes?

Starting from existing WP site I need to manage face-to-face courses.

Means that I’ve to create corses with this variants:

For every Course (means Product in woo), customer will choose:

Course Level … could be a variants ... and for every variants choose dates (could be for example 4 differents dates and customer choose one)

After will insert quantities (as for other products)

With quantities info, in checkout step, customer will insert even names of participants. Means that if choose 3 for a specific product, I’ll have to insert firstname, lastname, phone, email of 3 other people

Other feature that I need is to show in Home the next 5 scheduled courses…. where “next 5 scheduled course” info comes from dates that every course have (so is a variant)

I resume - I’ve product/course - That can have N Levels/variants (base, intermediate, advanced… for example) - Every Level have differents dates to choose (1 may, 3 may, 20 may, 25 may)

User will chose Product, Level, Date (date is linked to level…every level different dates), providing even quantity …means Course Participants.

About features: - when confirm order, insert info of Participants following Quantity inserted (if Qt= 3 insert Firstname/Lastname/Email/Phone of 3 Participants) - in home page I need to show “the next 5 scheduled courses” using the Dates variants that we’ve for every Level variants (considering all Products/Courses)

I get this error message when trying to purchase a course. “You cannot enroll on this course because you are not logged in.” I don’t want my student to be logged in before they can buy a course. Is there no option of them making payment before registering, or register during checkout?

I will explain the course plugin required – 1. We only offer recorded video courses, so when a client makes payment, they get access to the course 2. After the course completion, i.e. after watching all the videos, they automatically get a certificate generated and delivered to the email and also available in their account 3. There should be an option to add courses to students account manually as some pay directly also 4. There should be an option to generate certificate manually as some students come to our institute to learn and we can give them the certificate by generating online 5. Certificate number or validate online option would be great 6. We have an eCommerce website and video courses are part of digital delivery. We have Wordpress and woocommerce. We intend to use Razorpay payment gateway.
