This video is posted as your demo theme ( https://demo.wowonder.com/ ) and posted on my website (https://******.com/) .This video will play on your demo theme but the video is not playing on my website. If possible, you record a video from your phone and post it on my website. You will see that the video is not playing. After posting the any video, the video was will not play my website. And the FFMPEG all systems I seen in your admin demo theme but can’t see all systems in my admin website. Please fix this video playing system. Admin Login & credential sent Your Support Email.

when you send mail via the send mail option the mail will not go but if you send mail via the email list the mail will go.

but after the recent update , we only have send mail option and email list option is not there again.
