Hello, i’m trying to add a custom domain trough API (Trough admin user) when adding it says “pending”. I then need to manual go in to the admin dashboard and set the domains as “active”. Is it possible somehow to set it as active trough API aswell?

Trying to add following custom domain
abc.com app.abc.com
abc.com as custom domain seems to be working fine. But app.abc.com is not working. Have added both as add on domain and pointed to public html. (Though cpanel prompted to add app.abc.com as subdomain)

This is a rare thing that only happens if your webhost has some weird setting / something wrong with it.
Make sure your .htaccess file is the original, and if it’s the original one and it still behaves this way, I would suggest contacting your webhost provider.

I think my web host had modified the htaccess as we wanted to redirect http to https after ssl install ..wasn’t that required? If not shall I upload the orignal ht access and try ?
You can definitely have http to https redirect, but the redirect must be done properly and not by messing up the original htaccess system..

Hello, If i installed the product on a subdomain e.g (link.domain.com) of my principal domain e.g (domain.com) and I want to add the principal domain to be used as an option when creating a biolink url (because that way the link is shorter). When I go to my domain DNS (domain.com) and add a CNAME record on it with a ”@” on HOST and my subdomain (link.domain.com) in VALUE? Will it work this way? I saw the video you uploaded about setting up a custom domain but i think this case is different right?

In this case, since it’s a bit different (and I would honestly not suggest it), you’d have to point the CNAME of the root domain to the subdomain, not use the ”@” sign anymore.
The best case for you would be to install the product on domain.com and not bother with the subdomain.

No, you can not automate the process via cpanel, as it is a security risk to automatically allow all domains to attach to your main site.

Hi 1. Is it possible to embed a biolink page on another website or social media? Is there a way to generate an imbed code? 2. Feature request to be able to export emails and phone numbers collected in the “Data” section to an excel file that can then be uploaded to email marketing software such as MailChimp, etc. 3. Another feature request is to be able to add multiple phone numbers in the vCard, currently we can only add one phone number.

1 – There is no way to do that, no, as such feature was never requested until now.
2 – Its already possible to export them via JSON. It’s not possible via CSV as the CSV format does not support dynamic data handling.

The “MAPS” blocks is not working. How can I fix this. I tried with the numeric location, written location and link, but the map does not appear. Also I noticed it says MAPS and not GOOGLE maps anymore. (I don’t know if it has anything to do with the problem)

You simply must write in text the location and you have to make sure that you have the billing enabled for your Google API account, otherwise the image will not work. Of course, you also have to enter the Google API keys in the admin panel properly.

Hello I purchased your product last month.
First problem I have is that when a user makes a registration with Gmail and I enabled the “get confirmation email” (to avoid fake emails) the email confirmation with a link never reaches the user. So far outlook works fine but gmail does not.
Also I wanted to know how could I make the website on spanish without having to translate each code one by one or not using automatic google chrome translation.

1 – Unfortunately, this has nothing to do with the script, but is directly related to your SMTP provider. Please, talk to them and see what is going on.
2 – It is not possible to make it in Spanish without translating it.. Other ways would be via automatic translators, but I do not know any (personally), as I never used any.

Hello. I checked with my hosting support and was informed that the problem is with the script and the fact that I don’t have access to parts of the script.

If you have uploaded all the files, you have access to all the files. It has nothing to do with the error, not sure what they are even talking about.
My script has no 406 error issuance, nowhere in the script.
Such errors are triggered from the host only.
If you send me your website link, admin login and FTP, I can check it for you to confirm you have the files there properly, but again, such errors are not triggered from my script, but from the webhost.
