Lizenz nicht mehr gültig?! Plötzlich wird wieder die Lzenz verlangt. Wenn man diese dann eingeben will, wird sie verweigert. Das ist nicht gut. Wie komme ich zu einer funktionierenden Lizenz?

Hello, we updated our Real Media Library and Real Physical Media in our licensed WordPress multisite environment.
Now, every subsite is getting a message asking to turn off updates.
We have over a hundred sub sites, so this is really causing us aggravation.
Please advise if there is a way from the network level to get around this issue?

No connection to cloud services and like AWS S3 or Cloudflare ? Sorry but this should be a minimal feature!
This is more important than collecting data from its customers.
Real Media Library currently does not offer an offloading feature. This feature is requested by very few customers, as it is only useful for very specific cases in the WordPress context. I am sorry!

I’ve bought two separate licenses for the Real Media Library but now they both show this error:
“The limit of activated clients for this license key has already been reached. It can be activated for 1 client. In the Customer Center you can change the number of possible clients or create new license keys for your already purchased subscription.”
I’m pretty sure that neither of those license keys has been used on any other page. Could be a conflict on your side? (I think you recently switched to a different activation method so maybe 1 client – 2 purchases case wasn’t tested properly?)

Dear Ladies and Gentlemen, we received a notice that our Real Media license has been deactivated. We didn’t change the domain, just linked to a subfolder. Reactivation of the license will not be accepted. Why ? Sincerely DruckZentrum-Westkueste, Germany

Sollte dies bei dir nicht der Fall sein, aktiviere bitte deinen CodeCanyon.net Kauf über https://devowl.io/de/account und disconnecte deine aktive Lizenz. use CPU 90%
When I attach image with Real Media Library, some times CPU use over 90%. and cpu did not recover. I use black editor and click add image, and then Real Media Library window is opened. and sometimes I have to wait so long time. and then I checked CPU usages with TOP command. php-fpm-bin use 90% CPU.
I use Amazon Lightsail , and Apach, PHP-fpm.
Version is 4.18.4, and I have a license.

Hi I bought this plugin for a week a go, because it could import the hole path from Enhanced Media Library, as we have been using for a couple of years, and have a lot of folders and subfolders containing over 18000 pictures … I have tried to reset, uninstall either one, one at the time, reset, started over, but importing from Enhanced Media Library says success, but I only get 10-20 folders, not the entire list of over 100 folders and over 18000 pictures are in at big unsorted mess … hope you understand
