Unfortunately, you can’t upload the icons directly from the FontAwesome, Monsson, and from others. First of all, you need to upload the SVG images to the IcoMoon app which you have downloaded from FontAwesome, Monnson or any other sources. Then follow the normal steps to create the zip file.

Envato no longer supports the manual activation using purchase code.
Here are the steps to Activate the license for the Ultimate Addons plugin:
- Once the plugin is installed, navigate to Plugins and you’ll find the “Activate License” link.
- It will take you to the Envato site which is the parent company of ThemeForest / CodeCanyon. Please login with your account.
- Click on Approve.
- And finally.. click the button on the next screen and activate your license. It will take you back to your website and your license will be active.

For some reason, with everything updated (wordpress, theme, and plugins), I can’t refresh the Google Fonts in the settings of the plugin any more. Even on sites that had no issues, after updating recently, I am no longer able to refresh the Google Fonts list.
I’m still trying to rule out my server security but nothing has changed on the server in the past months.

unfortunately I have to many support sites, would be great if you could post any known issues/solutions if you have any for this particular probelm… I just installed The7 on a new site and can’t refresh the fonts.
I think I figured it out, seems to have something to do with PHP version and PHP-FPM. I have all three PHP versions 7.3, 7.4 and 8, with all similar settings. I could only get it to work with 7.3 with PHP-FPM enabled for some reason at first, and now it’s working with PHP 8 with PHPFPM enabled.

Yeah I just setup another site, I have all my PHP modules the same, the new site wouldn’t refresh the google fonts unless I turn on PHP-FPM on the site. Once that is activated, the fonts refresh with no trouble. I can turn it back off and the fonts are still there and usable, but I can’t refresh them. Weird but turning on php-fpm works for refreshing the list….

I’ve noticed an issue between your plugin (the Advanced Carousel specifically) and the very popular WPBakery Page Builder Clipboard:

Please look into it. Both your plugin and the Clipboard are extremely popular plugins and it’s a shame that they don’t work together.

The WPBakery Page Builder Clipboard plugin makes it possible to copy and paste elements from WPBakery. I tried using it with elements in the Advanced Carousel component.
When I paste an element inside the Advanced Carousel, it is actually placed outside the carousel, because there is some sort of incompatibility between the Clipboard plugin and your plugin. That’s what I gathered. Please see the video below and correct me if I’m wrong. Thank you.
In the first part of the video I am copying and pasting within the top row and it works correctly. Then I copy and paste within the carousel – it fails to paste inside the carousel and the copied item is actually pasted outside the carousel (and I’m dragging it inside the carousel).

I have a question about the Advanced Carousel. I want the transition from item to item to be FADE, which means the first item fades in and the fades out, while the second one fades in and fades out… and so on.
I couldn’t get this effect. The fade in effect is choppy, the item fades in, but then it doesnt fade out. It’s not a smooth fade transition between items.
Please let me know if I can achieve this with your plugin. Thank you.

For adding Animation to the Advanced Carousel, we do have an Animation Column; from there, you can choose various animations for the advanced carousel. Unfortunately, as of now, we do not have fade out in this section.
Further, I have added this feature request to our to-do list, and I forwarded this to our concerned dev team. And if feasible, we will try to improve the scenario in our future updates.

Just to give you a better understanding; generally, the theme author buys an Extended license of the plugin, which allows them to bundle it with their theme. However, the theme and our plugin are totally independent products from independent developers. So you need to contact your theme author for support and updates for the bundle products.
But if you wish to have direct support and updates from us, then you should consider buying your own separate license.
