I use a VPN to access some sites, but I noticed that when using the Multipage Scraper it does seem know my VPN is connected. It connects from my real location. My Question is…If I use proxies will the multipage scraper connect to when the proxy country is located or will it still be connecting to my real location? Thanks!

The plugin uses your server IP that it is installed on and will not user your local IP or the VPN you are locally connected to
If you want to use a different IP, you will need to use private proxies IPs on the plugin settings page and enable the option to use them on the campaign

Thanks for the reply. I guess it’s not my IP problem then, because my server is in the U.S., which is what I want. But, every time I try to access the site www.manta.com,(which is a public site, no login required) through the plugin visual selector, it brings up the Cloudflare check screen and never connects. This does not happen when I access manta.com directly in my browser. Any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks!
The plugin does not currently bypass CloudFlare protection. this may be available on future releases of the plugin

If the auto-detect content extraction method is not returning the desired content, try another more suitable method as this method tries to guess the full content and it does not succeed on 100% of sites because of too many variations between different sites.
The easiest method to try is the visual selector where you can pick the full content
just choose “Visual Selector” as the method and click on the locate button (the arrow points to)
then pick the part that you want to get extracted
If the visual selector method did not return the desired content as well, CSS ID/Class is the most accurate method while you will need to figure the ID name or the class name of the wanted part

Is there any way to exclude gifs/videos from Twitter? Tried the following but to no avail:
filter:-gif OR filter:-video
based on the fact that the video post from twitter will have the embed code
we can set the plugin to search for this embed code and skip the post if available

Is it possible to clear import logs?
Is there any way that I could reduce the amount of CPU and RAM it takes up when the plugin is active?? It takes away too much RAM and CPU which makes my website really slow.
The plugin already uses the minimal resources that are required for posting a new post
If you have performance issues, you better disable the internal cron job and setup an external cron job as explained on this tutorial
