Hi there. I’m using WPBakery Page Builder, and I’m interested in buying this plugin, but I’m not sure if it’s possible to display Info Box elements in a different way on mobile and desktop. For example, using items aligned to left on desktop, and centered on mobile. Is it possible, or code is needed? Thanks in advance, CA

Hi Elvina. Thank you for replying. I’ve checked, and I see that is possible to display content with different alignments. But on a responsive website, it allows to change the alignment for different screens? For example, the same info-box is displayed with left alignment on desktop screen, and centered on mobile screens. Is that possible no manage on the settings? Thanks again,

Yes, you can do that easily. And for that, you need to create two rows with different settings, i.e., hiding one row for the Mobile device and another for the Desktop.
We have an option for hiding row into different devices that will help you to achieve this. Let us know if you have any doubt about the same.

I can’t find how to answer your answer, first your team hasn’t suggested anything to me, since the first ticket I’ve been the one who has been asking for the name of the library to exclude it in wp-rocket. Second, your team has only been rambling between answers that lead nowhere. and much less have you suggested a guide to solve my problem, also if you have the access data to the wp because they have not solved the problems from the beginning? incompetence, it has no other name, and I need a refund, I really don’t want a solution from you,

I’d like to mention that we offer support on weekdays, but I considered your case and tried to explain things yesterday.
Our development team is usually on an off on weekends and that is one reason I could not get back to you immediately yesterday. Now, I see that one of our team members tried helping you and shared a couple of JS files that need to be excluded from the Enable JavaScript Delay option in WPRocket.
We tried this ourselves and see that although we add those files, WPRocket in some way isn’t excluding them. Can you please contact the team at WPRocket and ask them to try excluding the mentioned files? They may be able to understand what is happening and how can it be resolved. If required, we’d love to work with them to help you out.
Furthermore, this does not seem to be an issue from our end, but something that WPRocket is interfering with.

Expandable Section has a conflict with Wp-Bakery. When module is activated, the Wpbakery frontend editor cannot launch

That’s Strange! The Expandable Section is working fine and the frontend is also loading fine on our end.
Please refer to this short video. Could you please check this on your end once and let us know how it goes? It would be great if you share a short video or screenshot.
Furthermore, I do not see a purchased tag across your name. So, it looks like you’ve got the plugin bundled with a theme. If so, the theme author is responsible to offer support. I’d recommend you to contact your theme author to look into this and help.

We found issues with the latest plugin update and Advanced Carousel element. Slider does not display the space between items https://prnt.sc/17hcpnx But with the version 3.19.9 it works ok https://prnt.sc/17hd1l3 Is it know issue and do you have fix for this?

That’s Strange! It seems that the Advanced carousel is working fine at our end.
Please refer to this screenshot.
Could you please check the spacing settings i.e. padding and margin for the elements if you’ve set it to 0px?
Here is a screenshot for the settings.
In case this does not work, it will have to be looked into further. And, I see no purchased tag across your name. So, looks like you’ve got a bundled version of the plugin with a theme.
Just to let you know, theme authors usually purchase a copy of the plugin, alter it a little and bundle it with their theme. In such cases, theme authors are responsible to offer updates and support to their users.
I’d recommend you to get touch with your theme author for further help.
If you’d like us, the developers to look into this and help, I’d request you to please purchase a licensed copy of the plugin and get in touch with us.

Hi there! I’m using flipbox with pictures on the front and was wondering if there is a setting where I can disable the front backgroundcolor so that the picture has no padding and margin within the flipbox. I know how to disable the border but not how to make the picture using the entire space within the flipbox. Unfortunately, a 15px padding with backgroundcolor around the picture still remains. Is there a way to change these settings? Thank you very much.

Here are my answers to the questions you’ve asked above.
1) Disable the front background color?
=> You can easily remove the background color from the flip-box. Please find this option from the backend setting as seen in the screenshot here.
2) Unfortunately, a 15px padding with background color around the picture still remains. Is there a way to change these settings?
=> You can update the padding settings from the Design tab of the flip-box element. Please refer to this screenshot.

I downloaded and installed 3.19.9, but WP still thinks the installed version is 3.19.8. I noticed the folder name changed. It was Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer in 3.19.8 and in 3.19.9 it’s Ultimate_VC_Addons and I think this is the issue. How can I update safely?
