Hi, I need to know how your Maps is set because we need to calculate the possible costs due our large amount of requests. Are you using Static ($2-1000/requests) or Dynamic ($7-1000/requests)? Hi, I’m using the ‘Expandable Section’ module, and it’s great!
I have 3 stacked on top of each other similar to an accordion. When collapsed, there is about 60 px of empty vertical space between each one. I need to remove about 50px of that empty space to tighten it up. Do you have some custom CSS (or alternative suggestion) you could share so I can trim out the space?

Hi, I have several video elements (youtube video) on a same page.
I also use a slider system with several slides of video elements and as soon as we switch to another slide, the first video continues to play.

If you have video elements in the slider then you can turn off the auto play option from the settings of Video Element also, you need to turn off the video while proceeding to the next video.

And also seems that in the past you had this set to 0, which I would agree, I’m changing manually your code to 0: if($icon_type == ‘custom’) $temp_icon_size = ($img_width/2); else $temp_icon_size = ($icon_size/2);

In fact, it would be great if we could look into this ourselves. But, I am sorry, I do not see a purchased tag across your name. Looks like you’ve got the plugin bundled with a theme.
In such cases, the theme author is supposed to offer updates and support for it.
If you wish to get direct support and updates from us, I’d suggest you to please purchase a licensed copy of the plugin and get in touch with us.

Yea, the plugin came within a theme.
I’m just reporting a bug, from our point of view.
On ultimate_hotspot.php, line 232 (it depends of the version)
You have:
if($icon_type == 'custom')$temp_icon_size = ($img_width/2);else$temp_icon_size = ($icon_size/2);And then, later you subtract this value on icon position: – ”.esc_attr($temp_icon_size).”px
This makes the icon be positioned in the wrong place. So, we’re manually setting $temp_icon_size = 0; , and now it’s properly working.

It wasn’t actually any help at all. Your colleague told me it is not your issue, it is theme’s and theme’s developer says the issue occurs even with Twentytwenty one theme so it is Brainforce’s issue. I feel like I am being tossed around!

When you say single website do you mean single domain? Reason I’m asking is that I’m running the updates on a staging domain (ie staging.domain.com) to make sure there are no issues with updates when I push everything live.

Single website means a single WordPress installation. It counts the staging and live website as two different installations.
However, in this case, it is recommended that you activate the license on the live website so that the plugin remains updated to its latest version on the live website.
You can update the plugin by downloading and installing the latest version of the plugin for the staging website.

I am looking for a plugin which allows adding woocommerce product variation as stand-alone products on any WPBakery page. Basically, I have variable products and I want to list them on some WPBakery pages as separate products like simple products would show. Is this something this plugin can do?
