Hello. I just bought WPBakery Plugin and I created an account with wpbakery but I am not seeing the license to activate through wordpress. How do I see this license to activate?
Hello, As the license is purchased via codecanyon, you should import the license into your WPBakery account. To do so, you can login into: support.wpbakery.com/login If you are not sure about the login details, then use the reset password option and use the email id associated with your codecanyon account. Once logged in, navigate to licenses page and click on “import it” option at the bottom of the page. It will then prompt you to login into codecanyon to complete the import. You can then activate the plugin license as per: https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/activate-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress-license/

Hi guys. Just recently your plugin is causing a php memory error in wp-includes/pomo/mo.php on line 323 php. PHP Fatal error: out of memory.
I have increased the php memory twice and it still doesn’t work. Only when I deactivate your plugin is when my site is fixed. When I activate it, these errors appear and basically crash the site.
I have the latest version of visual composer (6.4.2) and I have also disabled gutenberg editor in settings. Are you going to release a patch/fix?

Interesting. When I discovered this issue and prior to making this post here I did go through the settings and disabled Gutenberg but nothing changed. Until today. I suppose I needed to logout and then log back in? Just wanted to get that feedback you to. Thanks.

I would like to buy another license. I build the new site in a subdomain: neu.rst-tiefbau.de. Later the website will run under rst-tiefbau.de. Do I then get problems with the license if the plugin is on another domain?
