I just updated to the latest version of Ultimate Add-ons and now the icon sets won’t open when trying to use them in my navigation menus. The existing ones were there, but trying to add new ones I select Icon, it shows the box to select them, but it won’t pop open or show them to me to choose from.

Hi, I’ve got that plugin with a theme. I really loved it, but there is an issue with WP 5.6. I’ve got the latest version of the WP Bakery, Ultimate Addons and WP itself. Front end editor does not load. It does work with WP version 5.5 when I downgrade, but it does not work with 5.6. I tried troubleshooting, disabled all of the plugins, switched to a default theme, but the front end editor by WP Bakery only works if I disable the Ultimate Addons plugin. My theme support told me to write to you. But since I don’t have a support license for your plugin, I cannot open a ticket. Could you at least tell me, if that is a known issue and an update is on the way?

That’s strange!
I’d like to inform you that we’ve tested the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder with WordPress 5.6 and haven’t come across such issues as yet. Therefore, it is hard to help without looking into it.
Moreover, theme authors alter plugins a little before bundling it within their theme and are responsible to offer updates and support for the bundled plugins. I’d suggest you to get in touch with your theme author to look into this. They can get in touch with us if they need help.
In case you wish to get direct support from us, you will need to purchase a licensed copy of this plugin.

Why is your timeline element so broken? Images do not get responsively resized within the dashboard editor for this timeline element and why are not you using lazy load on images for the timeline element?

Hi, No, I will not. This is a problem with your plugin, not my website or my installation. I am simply reporting the bug. It is reproducible.
I understand.
However, our Timeline demo looks just fine and we aren’t able to replicate this at our end.
Therefore, we’ll need to see why it is happening at your end.
There are several WordPress themes and plugins that users might be using. And such issues may occur due to a conflict or another theme or plugin interference.
So, we’ll need to look into your website and may be the settings to understand what exactly is happening.
PS: I do see that your support period has expired but still would love to look into this and help you get things working fine.

Hi, I think you misunderstand, this issue is with images on the backend within WPBakery > YOUR plugin element Ultimate video not having images responsive while CREATING or EDITING the timeline. Capitalization used for emphasis. I can replicate the issue on a bare vanilla WordPress installation with WP Bakery and your plugin. It is NOT a front end issue, it is a backend issue when creating the timeline or editing one.

I was looking for a solution to have
- simple
- bullet
- points
appearing one after the other, just like you do get on Keynote’s animations, for example.
I saw this package but although it does tons of stuff, I can’t access any of the demo (many errors like “Failed to load resource: net::ERR_BLOCKED_BY_CLIENT” detected by inspector).
Basically I need to have some bullet points in Text elements of a “WP-Bakery Visual Builder – created” theme I bought here on Envato, to show one after one, appearing.
Is this achievable with your addon?

I mean, are you simply using ONE Text Block, or did you create “x” amount of text blocks with animation, one under the other?
just to understand if it makes sense or if the work necessary is enormous, considering 100’s of bullet points throughout the whole site

Yes, it is easily possible to do with the Animation block element and inner element Heading into it. And add the text with bullet and provide the animation delay to it.

Basically, imagine having an avg of 17 bullet items for say over 20 pages, included in ordinary WPBakery Text Blocks.
That would mean having me “encapsulating” each and every single block into a single item, to be animated.
Not exactly what I was hoping for :(((
Should you ever come up to a solution, I’d be happy to purchase your plugin.

WordPress allows you to use two page builders on one website.
However, one page or post can be created or modified using one builder only. You cannot mix the elements from two page builders to build a single page.
