Hi, I tested your plugin before buying (it was included with the theme), but I have a problem, circles with icons are displayed but there is no text inside the circle, nothing happens when you click on the icons, what might be the problem, I’m afraid that after the purchase it will be also.

Hello, thank you for the great plugin. Is there any way to make the Flipbox square? (And reliably square, even scaling down when responsive)?
In my theme I can “override” the flipbox and set the height & width and/or max-height & max-width, and I can FORCE it to be square on desktop view. But once the browser window resizes for tablet or mobile, the flipboxes get squished and cropped. Is there any way to force it to stay square? The flipbox is awesome but just having problems with responsiveness. Thank you!

I’d like to inform you that there is a Start delay option that can be used for this purpose. Here is a screenshot you can refer to.
And, I am sorry, I do not see a purchased tag across your name. So, looks like you’ve got the plugin bundled with a theme. If yes, I’d recommend you to please get in touch with them for further help.

Hi, I can also confirm that there’s an issue with the “Info Box Element” I’ve got the same problem. Not all the elements work correctly after the Wordpress 5.5 update! PS I’m using Yoast SEO as well…

Hi,
It seems there are a bug with Info Box Element and Yoast plugin. With Addons and Yoast plugins activated, we cannot change the icon of the Info Box element, we change the icon but after save the page the icon disappear.

On the video i have latest version of Ultimate Addons and WP Bakery page builder plugins with Twenty Twenty theme installed, and the error still happening, so is not a problem with my theme or with my customized version of the plugins.
Sorry to post here, but this is a bug, i will not pay for support when this need to be fixed on the plugin, not on my installation/theme.

However, we did try to replicate this at our end and found that the Yoast SEO plugin is throwing a Console error that is preventing the Ultimate Addons to work like it is supposed to.
Could you please contact the team at Yoast SEO and check whether they can help you remove that error?

Well, I’d like to inform you that the Ultimate Addons for WPBakery Page Builder is an addon built for the WPBakery Page Builder sold on CodeCanyon.
We understand that theme authors most have the modified versions of the page builder. But, it is hard to check every modified version and make the addon work for it.
As for the mentioned theme, we haven’t used it ourselves. Therefore, it is hard to assure anything. I’d suggest you to contact the theme author and check whether they bundle a highly modified version of the page builder. If not, you can try using the addon along.

In the hotspot module, the icon is not saving and always reverts to the default icon. Not sure what’s happening it could be that the shortcode is not updating an attribute. We’re using version 3.19.6.

Hi folks, I have a strange problem. I use the latest version of your plugin. I’ve created a view modal-buttons on the same page with different content for each button, for example modal1 = [bootstrap service=”1”] – modal2 = [bootstrap service=”2”] modal3 = [bootstrap service”3”] etc. upt to 10 buttons. If I use any button on that single page, the content is stll the same and it only shows content from the first button I’ve created, although each button has a different content. Now I’ve created 10 different pages with the same different modal buttons, but placed only one in every page and now each button shows the correct different content.
Is it possible that several modal buttons on only one side influence each other?
