Can this system uses our national payment methods? (Perú) We are used to pay directly in the Bank or Bank App and send the bank voucher to the school, and they can register our son in their school. Marksheet and Print marksheet not available. Grades should be optional, some prefer percentage per term and overall percentage at end of session, can you add paystack payment gateway? Also, mark input should be restricted. only the assigned subject teacher for a class and its section should be able to input score for such particular subject.

If your computer has capability of running the apache web server with php and mysql then this app will run. It has no limitation about user number. It is not for wordpress, it’s a standalone system. It might take maximum 50mb space in your computer during installation.

You can host the application in your online web server having apache for php and mysql for database. There is no specific requirement for hardware like ram or disk space. All modern web servers are capable of running it. We suggest you to choose most popular hosting services globally like godaddy, bluehost, hostgator etc. This will give you stable service and best performance of our products. There is no saas module. We are updating our product regularly. There is no specific time period as you mentioned. It’s an ongoing process.

You can ask your hosting provider for ram and disk space. We don’t provide the hosting service. It is not dockerized and there is no saas in our product update plan. However we gave some of our customers this saas development service according to their specific requirements. In order to know how much it will cost the administration of certain software, you need to know how your resources are being consumed.
Note: This is not about hosting, it is about how your software consumes the resources.
For us, it’s difficult to know how much resources (Disk Space + RAM) your software is consuming. The best way is to ask the provider how the resources are being consumed.
For example:
Supposing we have a school with:
- 100 user students
- 10 user back-office
You can say: Well if you have that capacity, you have two options: have the minimum RAM and Disk Space that is XXX and XXX respectively OR you can use XXX and XXX for better performance.
But if you have a table with those parameters, it would be better. For example:
Every 100 users you need to have XXX of RAM and XXX of Disk Space, its what we recommend.

You can choose any of them according to your budget. You don’t need to worry about disk space or ram. I think repeating the same question won’t give you the perfect solution. You need to understand the way a web application is hosted.
