Hi there have you considered working in this feature, ””” dynamic rule feature so we users can set discount on products or categories by the qty they are ordering, so customers can get the wholesale discount or whole box discount, If you are selling whole sale a wine bottle you might have a minimum of bottles to order, but what about if client orders a box? a box is less money and it can be a flat rate or an extra % discount. also by ordering the box it might have free shipping, this kind of rules are something that any b2b plugin should have. ””“

Hi vred, we have already received your suggestion in the past, thank you again. A new feature that adds quantity discounts has already been introduced in version 3.0.0, please check the current version and the complete changelog.

Very very great plugin. One question. Is possible to assign multiple groups to a single customer based on product category? I’ve this need. For example a single customer can have a different discount based on product category, yes, I can create multiple groups, but I can assign only one to customer, this is a very problem for me. Thanks!

Hi m4×1m, thank you very much! WooCommerce B2B is designed and developed to associate a single group per customer. A multiple association could create huge management problems, due to intertwining discounts, minimum purchase options, disabled payment/shipping methods etc. To manage the discounts in a more precise and detailed way, I would suggest activating the dedicated prices option, so as to assign each product a special price per group of customers. Obviously, it is possible to update these prices massively through WooCommerce default import/export tools via a CSV file

presale question. which themes do you recomment to use with your plugin? thanks

Hi papix2001, in general we have not found I have received reports of incompatibility with the themes, whose choice in general depends on the project, the product category of the shop and the strategies. I would therefore suggest basing the choice on these factors, obviously not neglecting the technical considerations.

How are you? some questions:

1) It works for this scenario: buy 1 item at the price x, 2 items at the price y and 10 items at the price z, and if the price variation shows it in the interface or only at the end of the purchase. If so, is there a demo?

2) Is it possible to configure purchase groups? for example, that several users come together to buy a certain quantity of a certain item. If so, is there a demo?

3) Does it allow offline payments? How does it work or is there a demo?

4) Could it be used for both b2b and b2c?

5) Do you have any idea if it is compatible with martfury?

6) How the quantity of items is selected and how prices are displayed visually depends on the theme being used or is somehow predefined by the plugin.

7) Daily offers can be added in the interface with time control or another plugin is needed.

8) The plugin already by default is compatible with multiple providers, is it so?

9) And finally. Does it allow the generation of discount coupons and is it compatible with elementor?

Thank you

Hi smt1111, this about your doubts: 1. No, right now WooCommerce B2B hasn’t different prices by quantity. We are working to add this feature in next releases, but I haven’t a realistic timing. 2. No, each customer has his own account, independent from others 3. Payment methods depend on your WooCommerce settings or plugins, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t its own payment methods 4. Yes, you can use WooCommerce B2B in hybrid B2B/B2C shop. Consider that some features has global impact. 5. Right now, we haven’t incompatibility problems with themes 6. This depends always on theme 7. No, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature 8. There are no problems depending on provider type 9. Coupons are managed by WooCommerce by default, independently from WooCommerce B2B.

Hoep these informations can help you to resolve your doubts, I suggest you to take a look to WooCommerce B2B full features list: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-b2b/21565847 and to live demo: https://codecanyon.net/item/woocommerce-b2b/full_screen_preview/21565847?_ga=2.17199537.907819734.1594660404-591901037.1561490480 to have a test drive and simulate your desired scenario and view WooCommerce B2B at work to better understand its features.

How are you? some questions:

1) Does the plugin have internal chat?

2) I need to have dynamic tiered prices, for example 1 item x price y, 3 items x price z. As you told me previously, the plugin doesn’t have that function. Do you have any idea if it is compatible with “yith Dynamic Priceing” or similar? to get that functionality?

Hi, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t an internal chat. About tiered prices, it’s a feature that we are developing, but at the moment I wouldn’t know how to give you a release schedule. Regarding the compatibility with the plugin you mentioned, unfortunately we never had the opportunity to perform a test.

Hi, is it possible to store b2b customers address as geocodes? thx

Hi wilee2803, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature, I’m sorry

Hello, this is a pre-purchase question,

Can i set a global minimum order quantity (example: a minimum order of 5 different products) of all products, not product specific

Thank you

Hi donyana, with WooCommerce B2B you cannot set a minim order by global quantity, you can set a minimum amount total by group or a minimum quantity by product

Hello, is possible to have a b2c and a b2b shop together with this plugging? If a customer want to buy show a price, and if a business customer want to buy show another price.

Yes, of course you can. You can set default prices for guest customers (or customers without a group) and dedicated prices for customers assigned to groups, to have all price lists you want! I suggest always to take a look to live demo: https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/ to simulate your desired scenario and try WooCommerce B2B at wotk

Hi, is it possible to use double opt-in for customers registration?

Hi Tommy44, WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature

Hi, thanks for your quick response. Is WooCommerce B2B compatible with WooCommerce Germanized which offers such a feature? If I activate this feature within WC Germanized will it apply to B2B customers as well?

I know that some of our users have used WooCommerce Germanized, but we do not personally have the opportunity to test all third-party plugins unfortunately. Regarding the double opt-in I don’t think there should be any problems

B2B is a good plugin but it really needs a dynamic rule feature so we users can set discount on products or categories by the qty they are ordering, so customers can get the wholesale discount or whole box discount, If you are selling whole sale a wine bottle you might have a minimum of bottles to order, but what about if client orders a box? a box is less money and it can be a flat rate or an extra % discount. also by ordering the box it might have free shipping, this kind of rules are something that any b2b plugin should have. I would really recommend the author to add this kind of feature on it, is a must for b2b.

Hi vred, thank you very much for your suggestions, we will take them into account for a possible future planning. Best regards

Hello. Is the function below possible? thanks~

> Set up different prices for different users

Hi watch7star, WooCommerce B2B is based on groups, customers can be assigned to groups and different prices are possible by group. You can check how this feature works on live demo

Hi, I have pre-sales query. For retail B2C sales, Is it possible to create product bundles with discounted price. Two scenarios : (1) Pre-defined product bundles – For example : 30% discount for a pack of 3 shirts or Pay for 3 Ladies tops & get 4th Ladies top at Zero price (2) Customer created Bundles (dynamic) : Customer choose any two shirts from men’s shirt category and gets 20% discount (20% of lower value item).

Also, is this plugin compatible with Porto Wordpress theme ?

Hi Sash21, I’m sorry but WooCommerce B2B hasn’t this kind of feature. You can find a complete list of features here: https://woocommerce-b2b.com/ and a live demo here: https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/ to try to simulate your desired scenario and better understand if WooCommerce B2B can be useful to your project. About themes compatibilities, WooCommerce B2B is developed respecting all WordPress/WooCommerce standards, so it has a great compatibility with most of themes. Right now, we haven’t any kind of incompatibility issue.

Hi there, “By enabling B2B mode only registered customers will be able to view product prices and have the opportunity to make purchases.” Is that mean the visitor cannot view the shop or product? How to make non registered user/visitor can view the shop or product.

Hi, “Hide prices” is an option that you can enable or not, based on your needs. i suggest to take a look to live demo to better understand WooCommerce B2B features and simulate your desired scenario

Hi, i want to buy your modules WooCommerce B2B but and B2B Sales Agents because my project is b2b and i need the customers to make orders but also the agents to make orders in the name of the clients… my questions is. will it work with these 2 modules?

Hi, the two plugins have been designed and developed to work together: WooCommerce B2B many features able to address B2B customers, WooCommerce B2B Sales Agents allows you to use sales agents also so that they can buy on behalf of the customers assigned to them . I suggest you take a look at the two live demos: https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/wp-admin/ https://demo.woocommerce-b2b.com/sales-agents/wp-admin/ so you can test the functionality of both and understand how they work and how they can be functional to your project!

- It´s possible to create some products, for onlye wholesalers can see. - And put the ciantity only the can buy of this products?

Hi ideadigitalve, you could create a specific product category for these products and give visibility only by groups. About quantity, there is not a max limit option, I’m sorry, but we consider this suggestion for a future feature implement.

Thanks you for the great plugin, I have already purchased it. Is it possible to give a group 10% discount but override the discount if there is a price assigned on the single product page for that group?

Hi ynottony, I’m sorry but price rules cannot be set in this way, you can choose to apply dedicated prices to each product, apply a global percentage discount, or both of them cascading (dedicated price discounted by global percentage). But I could suggest you to bulk apply dedicated prices with WooCommerce Import/Export tools, that fully works with WooCommerce B2B prices to manage and update them faster

Hello, I’ve installed the new update, but all of a sudden there is no value entry for the minimum cart in the B2B settings. I can’t set a cart minimum amount.

Hi seendesign, from which version you updated? Consider that from v2.1.4, WooCommerce B2B minimum amount was migrated on group level, to allow a more flexible management. Here an extract from changelog:
  • Update: minimum purchase amount now can be set by group Now, you can activate minimum purchase amount from WooCommerce B2B general settings, but set a different amount for each group.

Hello. After spending long time in the B2B settings trying to find minimum purchase amount, I finally found it in the groups settings. Thanks!

You’re welcome, I’m glad you resolved!

Hello, please after the update, i cant see anymore the extended registration form and extended fields in registration form? please help… i’m very happy with this plugin :)

Hi Paridi, thank you! Please contact our support team who will be happy to help you: https://support.woocommerce-b2b.com/

Good Morning. I hope you are doing fine.

Is the latest version of Woo Commerce supported ? 4.2.0

Thank you ;-)

Hi excon, yes WooCommerce B2B is compatible with WC 4.2.0

Hi, I’m currently considering your plugin. Does it have a feature where its users will be given credit balance to purchase goods, for example $5000-$10000 and if the users purchase goods >$10000 will be invalid/cancelled?

Hi jxlproject, unfortunately we don’t have the possibility to test our plugins with all the existing plugins. It is the responsibility of the developer of each site to apply the necessary customizations in case of incompatibility between plugins of different authors.

Noted. On the demo page, I don’t see “Add New” option in the Users page, is it intentionally hidden on the demo page for security reason or something?

Yes, some capabilities (such as create new users or send email) was blocked in demo for security reasons

Presale question: How can I use this plugin with the woocommerce REST API. Do you have any examples? One thing would be to add the customer group over api.

Hi jheeb, yes you can use WooCommerce B2B with REST API, please send an email to support@woocommerce-b2b.com to receive some examples.
