Having an issue with the tooltip feature. When I setup one set of options based on variations and change the attribute name to tooltip, it still shows the name below the option as well as the tooltip. Any way to have it only show the tooltip on hover?
Go to the plugin settings->Display tab and enable “Hide choice label when using the swatch mode for radio buttons and checkboxes”.

Hi, I noticed that your plugin is not compatible with Woocommerce variations. If I create logical conditions on the extra product options, these are not respected when I have a product variation.
Is there any particular setting that I don’t know to solve this problem?

First of all the plugin is compatible with WooCommerce variations. You are being too vague on what conditions you created and what you mean they don’t work when you have a variation. Please elaborate.
Just to note, the conditional logic the plugin has is for the options you create with the plugin, it has nothing to do with the variations.

The plugin doesn’t have such an error message and your error description is too vague in order for me to understand what this is exactly. Please open a support ticket to troubleshoot this.

You are the only one with that issue so if it isn’t a caching issue you will need to open a support ticket so we can troubleshoot this.

Hi, just want to make sure – I need to do conditional logic for variations. I am selling furniture, if the user selects “as is” I want all of the other variations to be hidden (there are two more variations “color” and “fabric”) and if the user chooses “custom” I want to show the other two variations. I already have swatches for my variations set up using the “Variation Swatches for WooCommerce” plug in by others.
Would this plug in be able to handle the conditional logic? Thank you!
The logic is for the options created with the plugin. The variations you create with WooCommerce cannot take logic. There isn’t actually any piece of software or customization you can do to have the native variations take logic since by design it is required that all attributes that make the variation are chosen.

My product price’s is depend on the customer choice in the checkbox. So I did not enter the price in the woocommerce. How can I remove the displayed 0 price in the product page?

There are various approaches you can use for that.
1. From the plugin settings->Display tab->Price enable “Remove Free price label”
2. From the plugin settings->Display tab->Various enable “Use the ‘From’ string on displayed product prices”. Then make sure that your product has at least one option with a price marked as required.

Well, if you enable the from… feature that is global. It goes anywhere there is a product price. If you don’t want that then just use the other alternative.

Envato doesn’t have any bulk discount program I’m afraid.

The math formula price type can be use to calculate the price of an option based on values or prices from other options, the base product price and the quantity. I guess what I don’t understand is what you meant by “change value in checkfield” regarding the math formula.
Of course we can provide assistance with this when needed but only for what it is possible, not what isn’t supported. For example, the formula doesn’t work with if statements, it is only a calculation formula so that would be something that isn’t supported. If you want to do a calculation between two fields and then have that result as a price of a third field that is supported.
Hello Guys, i’m using this amazing plugin for a while and had a quick question regarding the plugin “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips”. On the “packing slip pdf” the price of each option are displayed next to the option name and i was wondering it that would be possible to hide someway?
That price cannot be hidden only when you create the packing slip I’m afraid. It is a global setting that it is on the Order.
So, to not have the price of the option printed in the Order which includes the email, invoices, etc you will need to edit that option on the builder, go to the WooCommerce settings tab and set the setting “Hide element value in order” to “No, but hide price”.
Do note that this will take effect on new orders.
Hello support, Is it possible to set some fields without price, only label will send with product to cart and admin can see it in Order detail? In this case, when i set content field it ask me to give price but i don’t want. It is okay for price field but can i set some fields only for passing content without price? Thanks
The price is optional. I’m not sure what you mean that it asked you to give a price. Please either post with the username that bought the plugin or open a support ticket please to continue.
Suppose i have created a field named “Country” and i hide the price. But when customer fill it and submit it, it comes in admin order as like payment row. Like this country information come to order detail but shows like this: Country – USA – 0 * 0 = 0 like it is a fee but it is not a fee it is just a content. Thanks
