Hi, i thought of a good idea you could consider adding to your elements for building options. A “Modal popup element”, like in clothing shops they have an anchor link text saying ”Sizing Chart” when you click it, it pops open an html popup box that they insert their clothes sizing chart in. The modal popup element could be used for more things thats just one example. Let me know what you think and if you think itll ever be added. Thanks!

I am using a booking plugin with this epo plugin. I have made two fields for percentage amount of Product price but those option values are not changing when the booking price is changing, how can i do that? Thank you.
Like price for 1 day book is 100$. Here one field is for service change 10% is 10$ this is working but when user wants to book more that 1 days say 2 days then booking price will be 200$. And now the service change should be changed to 20$ but it is still showing 10$. Is is possible to update these service charge field value based upon on booking calendar selection. Thank you.
The plugin only supports WooCommerce Bookings. and WooCommerce Easy Booking. If you have any issue with those two plugin please open a support ticket.

There is a known conflict with bodyCommerce where the subtotal in the cart isn’t visible due to code in the bodyCommerce.

This plugin is for the product page only and it doesn’t have anything to do with variations or terms. It creates addons on the product page.

Hi. In your demo from here https://epo.themecomplete.com/product/options-per-variation/ you have a dropdown Qty. Before Add to cart button is woo qty selector. In the cart Qty column is the value from woo qty selector. Is not right cause the client maybe see 1 and change there and not pay attention. Can the woo selector get the value from the dropdown or something like that?

No, you cannot do that. The options appear in the meta data section of the product in the cart table.

I don’t see what this has to do with the plugin or the options. It seems pretty random to me.
I need some extra options for the product, but with your plugin the quantity on cart is not changing in your demo. So I’m interested if is any solution to display the quantity in the cart, thinking that I will have a dropdown with some values. I need to get the value somehow and replace the qty with it
The quantity in the cart is only the product quantity which does change. If you mean you cannot change an option in the cart you can only click the edit options link and edit the product again. Replacing the product quantity with an option isn’t possible.

I am very happy with this plugin and I can only recommend it as it is extreme versatile and complex.
I never asked for support yet there is a small issue the can lead to erronous orders.
In the screenshot bellow there are down and up arrows in text field for validated numbers ( a phone number in my case). The number the customer enters is sometimes unvoluntarily alterated when he tries to scroll down the page.

The code hides the arrows indeed, but the behavior remains the same, unfortunately.
To override the issue I have deactivated the number validation. It seems it’s the best solution.

Case Scenario : I am selling Design A-E for many phone models from iPhone to samsung to oppo to huawei overall more than 200 phone models. but some of them are only available in soft case and some of them available in both soft & glass case.
Normally we would do it by key in the variations 1 by 1, after finish Product Design A, we duplicate it and change to Design B right? The issue is it will be very troublesome if I wanted to add/delete phone models later on when I have 100 products right?
So long story short, my question is : Is this plugin allows that after changing the product variations (like add phone models, add case types), then all the products are affected by the changes?
I am sorry if I didn’t describe my question precisely, I just wanted to know how about the back ends work basically.

Despite your long description the question remains vague. I don’t see what the options you create with the plugin have to do with the variations, so I will have to answer that no, after changing a product’s variations not all the products are affected, unless by variations you meant the options created with the plugin.
Variations is what you create in WooCommerce in a variable product and have nothing to do with the plugin. The plugin creates addons to the product regardless of its type. These can be created directly on the product (so that they are only for that product) or globally for all product or product categories.
Refunds are possible only when the plugin isn’t like its description not because you wanted to do something it doesn’t.

Hi, Please can you recommend an order export plugin that will correctly export the product options created with your ‘Extra Product Options’ plugin.
I have a Data picker field and a Checkboxes field that I’m trying to export with the orders. At the moment I seem to only be able to get a data string which is non-sensical.

As far as I am aware the only compatible plugin that does that is Store Exporter deluxe. Please note that we are not affiliated with them so you will need to contact them for any compatibility issues.

There isn’t any indication in the plugin description that something like that is possible. The product element is used for selecting a single product only.
Is it possible to add a test field where you can enter a location and the place gets autocompleted by google maps? Like if I enter “Paris”, as soon as I start typing suggestes locations?

Well, no. What is the point of using the range picker if you don’t want to use the element at all? Just replace it with a textfield and price type set to “quantity”.

now my shopping cart shows the price, and this plugin shows the price and option prices, how do i hide plugins pricing? like no price at all but the woocommerce product itself. i just need the forms. please don’t tell me to create a support ticket, i tried! Error: This username is invalid because it uses illegal characters. Please enter a valid username. no matter what username i use it giving me error.
The issue with the username is because you didn’t had all characters lowercase.
For the pricing issue, go to the plugin settings->General tab->Final total box and set it to disable.
Can the plugin calculate the price of an option based on a volume discount structure which is unique to the extra product options?
E.g.
1-9 = £4
10-24 = £3
25-49 = £2
50+ = £1

Hey. I want to add a weight product option to my online grocery website. I just want to know that 1. The custom fields that could be made by this plugin, can those fields be uploaded in bulk using excel just like other fields like SKU, price, name, etc. The product on my website are available in different weigh adding those as variable product is a very tough task since the catalog is very big about 10000+ products. So I want to make 2 custom fields for all products Weight & The price for that particular weight. It has to be noted that the weight could have 4-5 fields for example Apple is available in 1 kg packet, 2 kg packet, 5 kg packet and all those would have their respective price. Can this be uploaded in bulk? 2. Can the custom fields made via this plugin be shown at shop, category or home pages where products are shown or are they only shown in a single product page. 3. If the above answer is yes, can i allow my customer to choose the specific field and add the product directly to cart with that specific fields selected.
1. No, they can’t. You create the addons using a builder. Be aware though that the plugin doesn’t handle the product weight.
2. The plugin is for the product page only. While you can show them in the shop/archive pages this doesn’t mean that you can purchase the product with the addons from there as this is subject to the theme you are using and the product type.

Or maybe you can consider adding basic discount options to your plugin. For example, get 10% of you select 3+ checkboxes, 20% if you select 5+, and so on.
At the moment the only thing that is compatible is that the plugin will recognize the discounts of the product and optionally apply them to any option. If you are looking to create individual or separate discount for specific options that isn’t possible I’m afraid.

I mean that there isn’t any any to combine the two plugin towards that direction.

There is a product element which you can use to add an associated product to the product. Do note however that all of the options including the product element share the same container which is by default is before the add to cart button. Also, the product shows details of the product to be added.
