Hi, I wanted to request following things: 1. Is it possible to send an automated daily END OF DAY REPORT to specific emails. This report can be generated and sent when the cashier closes the session for the day.

the pos link to current website , you mean different database , different wordpress / woocommerce ? it can’t sync if different wordpress instance .
when entering a customer in the customer search box, what field(s) is that search looking at – I have customes on my woocommerce site that are coming up in that search and some that are not and I don’t see a pattern. the search also seems slow, even when found. i already check the “use the local” not the search my site online setting. please provide more detail on what fields I should have on the woocommerce user record to be found on the search box and what can i do to improve the speed. thanks!

pls follow ticket, i already response . we provide free “integration script” only. the “WooCommerce Points and Rewards” from woocommerce , not from us . it mean you need openpos + WooCommerce Points and Rewards + “integration script”

your ticket : #870743 that cause your hosting protected the folder with 777 chmod, to resolve, just simple chmod folder : plugins/woocommerce-openpos to 755 and child folder too.

i clicked “check ticket status.” Entered my email and ticket number. clicked “Email Access Link.” but i didnt get anything. I tried the whole process twice, but still didnt get any access link. Checked my spam as well. my friend, it would really help if you could send instructions when customers buy the plugin from you. getting support should not be so tedious and complicated.
May be you set wrong email, that why you have no get email, all my other customers get ticket without problem. And you get it before on other ticket, pls create new ticket and get support, I always suggest create a support account to more easy manager your ticket. Thanks

A few questions as I just purchased this plug-in and am working on setting it up.
1.) How can I display the customer’s points balance and how many points they earned on their purchase (using woocommerce points and rewards) on the receipt.
2.) Any plans to integrate with SUMO rewards and points?
3.) Using woocommerce smart coupons will the gift card option work? So if customer has $100 gift card and spend $45 will the balance on the gift card change (default function when using on website checkout)
4.) Is it possible to add a “no sale” button to the POS that would generate a date and time report to the printer causing the cash drawer to open?

hello i just bought the plugin and trying on my online shop and retail i am trying the bar code scanner, but i find the problem is
i have set up the barcode for the product, but no matter how i refresh the page or even resave the product page
the scanner cannnot find the bar code what i set before… and even i type the bar code number, it also cannot find the product, may you see if any setting i am doing wrong, thanks
It cause you forget set barcode meta field at admin /POS/setting/barcode meta key / choose sku if you use sku as barcode, save, logout and login POS again. If need more support , pls open a support ticket at support.openswatch.com . thanks

For a company with more than one Cashier it has errors, it does not control the inventory well when the system is online, it sells products without inventory

Hi, Do you have any in depth tutorial regarding how to setup this POS for a Cafe? For example, there should be a way to assign Order type before adding any products. Order types means Dine In, Take Away, or Delivery. A lot of the times what happens with us is that the cashier forgets to mention it and then the barrista doesnt know how to prepare. Therefore, there should be a default prompt coming up to ask define order type. Also, instead of Tables, most new Cafe’s are using Smart Coasters. I wish there is a way to change the Table to Coasters instead. Its a similar concept, but it would look nice on the POS. Also, is there a way to generate to printing slips? For example, when customer places order at the cashier, he gets a printed invoice, and at the same time the Kitchen/Barrista gets only the order details and table/coaster number printed from his own printer.

If you have such a user manual/user guide, please provide a link for me 2. I understand you are using Kitchen View. However, we DO NOT want to use kitchen view. Instead, we want just kitchen receipt. So my question is, can you customize? 3. Regarding Order Type. I did not see any prompt by your POS for selecting order type (e.g. take away, dine in, etc) before placing any order.
