support is poor??? you just opened ticket and its not possible for support staff to reply immediately. it could take upto 24-48 hours and the same you must have read when opening ticket too.
so, please have patience. and support staff will get back to you asap.

Yes because here i just need to write 1-2 lines. i don’t need to go through your issue or anything. where as support staff is constantly going through each problem of customer and then check whether its bug or some conflict with another plugin and upon being sure only he can reply you. here i replied just to give you assurance that your ticket is not being ignored. And above everything we have clearly written everywhere that it could take 24-48 hours.
so, i am sorry but i wont be able to do much about it. as soon as support staff reaches to your ticket and has something to answer he/she will reply for sure.

Yes to make form GDPR complaint you just need to add one check box in your form which would be mendatory field and with label to get users consent about data is being stored. If that checkbox is checked only then form will submit.
If any user contacts you to modify or delete data. You can simply go to form entries page and can edit entry or can delete it.
so, basically you can find arforms gdpr compliant but we are also exploring other needs if there are any.

Hello, I use DIVI theme with DIVI builder with the latest version 3.2.2 the arform and arprice plugins block the use of DIVI builder, when they are active it does not show in the backend the DIVI constructor when I deactivate them if they show them to me. I’m waiting for your answer, cheers.

Hi, I recently bought your contact form but when we try to submit a form it doesn’t submit on the front end but the data is sent to “Form Entries”. So, when a form is complete, we are just shown the loading circle on the submit button and not shown a thank you message/redirected to a new URL.
We’re looking to launch a new website soon so would really appreciate if you can get back to as asap.
Also, we are looking to POST the forms information in to a API URL string but we can’t put the forms data in to the url. Please see example below;
https://URL/api/submit.php?returnjson=yes&campid=campaign&firstname=[Field ID : 120]When that URL is posted, it just displays “Field ID” as the name in our CRM?

Hey I tried opening a support ticket but I guess it never when through on your support site…. I just made my first form using your plugin & I’m loving it! I do have one question, I have a condition rule set up to show a field when another field is answered a certain way and if thats the case do I also have to list that field as a hidden one? So it’s hidden to begin with and then it shows when the condition is correct? This is how I have the setting but you see when you go to the form that one field flashes a couple times and then hides. I hope you are fine. Since the latest update, I’m getting a lot of spam with your form. At least 3 mails a week with spam messages. There is something that you can do to handle the spam messagges? On the other hand I tried to install the Google Recaptcha add-on. I ran a test and if someone doesn’t flag the Google recaptcha and click submit on the form I get a blank page with this messagge: {conf_method reCAPTCHA was not entered correctly”}}. Is this behaviour normal? The final user should not stay on the same page?

well, we have multiple algorithm to prevent spam in our forms even without recaptcha where as other form builder has only single algorithm. And still for those who feel that they need to put recaptcha we have given recaptcha addon. And which works perfectly fine.
so, i think in your case reason for recaptcha not working properly could be your website specific. seems some javascript conflict. so, check console for that.

And restrict user per ip is you definitely can find in our documentation. Its under submit action option in editor area
