I got the customer Group plugin recently but I’m having some issues adding customers and selecting the group.

If I add a customer without selecting a group, it will add the customer but if I select a group it won’t add the customer.

I need this sorted out ASAP.

Hello,

Does this plugin allows to automatically sort first time and recurring visitors?

We offer a service that lasts one hour for the first session and 30 minutes for all subsequent sessions (price remains the same).

Can this add-on help us by adapting the duration of service automatically accordingly?

Was just wondering how we can search for customers by their Customer Group? Is this not supported?

Also, how do we actually gain access to VIP Services as VIP customers? As far as I can tell that association is done at the end of the booking process yet we need to select a service at the beginning.

Thank you for your message.

1) Currently, there is no option to filter the customers according to Customer group. But it is still possible to check the group when you enter Customers section: http://joxi.ru/ZrJaeXYSnM4bjA

2) If needed, set the service visibility based on a group a customer belongs to, in Services > Visibility. According to these settings, the service will be visible only to customers from the selected group.

Note that this feature works only for users who are authorized in WordPress.

Hello, I set 1 day as the value for “Minimum time requirement prior to booking”.

Is it possible with “Bookly Customer Groups” that for “VIP” the “Minimum time requirement prior to booking” from 1 day to e.g. 2 hours can be shortened so that the VIP can see more time windows in the “2. Time” tab?

If so how is it, then I would also buy the extension “Bookly Customer Groups” :-)

Bookly Customer groups add-on allows you to set up specific customer groups which can have special discounts and special services: http://joxi.ru/D2PxeDYik58GK2

But “Minimum time requirement prior to booking” option will work for all services, even if you use Bookly Customer group add-on.

Bookly plugin supports WooCommerce integration. But the purpose of this integration is to have access to other payment gateways that are not available in Bookly (but are supported by WooCommerce So, if you enable this integration, customers will be redirected to a WooCommerce cart after the details step and payments from Bookly will be disabled. To set this integration, you’ll need a “fake” product that will serve as a “bridge” between Bookly and WooCommerce. Though, even if you use this integration you’ll sell services from Bookly and not WooCommerce products.

So I’m afraid such option is not supported.

would this require the customers to be logged in with an account? or they’ll be identified by their email?

Thanks for the answer, just one more: could a group be prevented from booking if the date is less than x days apart? meaning, “group alpha” can only book up until 2 days before the event, “group beta” can book up until 7 days before.

Would this work to give an external agency the ability to book appointments for their customers at a reduced price? Similar to a reseller special price?

Hello,

The idea behind the Customer Groups add-on is that you can combine some customers into the group so that their booking process would differ from the rest of the customers. For example, you can have VIP customer group with several customers included in it. These group can have the default Approved appointment status (while the rest of the customers outside of the group may have the default Pending approvement appointment status); the customers may have a discounted price coming by default, while the rest of the customers have to pay the full sum set in the service settings.

Following up on this. Could i set that the members of a particular group don’t have to pay online? Instead of credit card, they’ll get an invoice later via email.

Hi,

I’m trying to find a solution for a client running bookable products on their website, who also want to apply a discount to previous customers.

Is there a generic ‘registered’ customer group that users will get added to after registering or buying a product? Trying to avoid the client having to manually add every new customer into a customer group to receive an automatic discount in the future.

Looks as though this add-on can achieve everything else we need, just wondering if it can perform this bit of automation for the client.

Hi,

How does the “special price for each customer category” work? Is that customer have to key in all 3 field ( Name, Phone, Email ) correctly to match it?

Also, does it work with the cart summary which show the booking detail ( price, time and extras ) and Book more option? Because in your demo all these features are unavailable.

1) When the customer books an appointment online he should fill in the same details, with which he registered initially, so we would “recognized” that he’s part of the customer group that has a discount.

2) This add-on will work properly with Bookly’s built-in cart.
